Incroyable avec un personnel exceptionnel et bienveillant
Pros:

L’établissement est super ! Le personnel est super accueillant avec mon amie on a passé nos meilleurs vacances dans l’hôtel. La nourriture fait pas le chef était hyper bonne et assez varié je trouve. Les réceptionniste étaient tous hyper à l’écoute et souriant à chaque fois ! La piscine est hyper bien entretenue franchement rien à dire. Encore très reconnaissante d’avoir passé un séjour dans l’hôtel on s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi ! Je recommande vivement et mon amie aussi 🌟

Dopo un piccolo disguido iniziale riguardo alla pulizia della camera, tutto lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, professionale e attento alle nostre esigenze. Hanno gestito la situazione con grande cortesia e si sono impegnati affinché il nostro soggiorno fosse piacevole. Grazie alla loro gentilezza e disponibilità abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana di vacanza. Un ringraziamento particolare a tutto il personale, sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutare.

Cons:

L'unico aspetto che non mi ha soddisfatto completamente è stata la spiaggia, poiché l'acqua non era particolarmente pulita durante il nostro soggiorno. Tuttavia, anche in questo caso il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere l'esperienza complessivamente positiva.
Nel complesso consiglio il resort per l'ottima accoglienza e la professionalità dello staff, che fa davvero la differenza.

Na saída esqueci a carteira no quarto, ao voltar para buscar estava segura na receção e tudo em ordem.
Comida muito boa, chuveiro com bastante água, cama confortável e ar condicionado muito bom e silencioso.
Preço e qualidade.

Sehr schönes Hotel,sauber,sehr nettes Personal,Essen sehr gut.Wir fühlen uns hier wie zu Hause,man ist sehr gut aufgehoben.Hilfsbereites Personal.Möglichkeit für sehr gute Massagen vorhanden,sehr zu empfehlen.Wir waren wieder zufrieden und freuen uns schon sehr auf Oktiber, wenn wir zurück kommen.

As acomodações são maravilhosas, a piscina muito boa, tudo muito bom, a prontidão dos funcionários, a comida maravilhosa.

Não tem nada que não gostei, só pontuação de localização que a praia que há ao pé do hotel não é grande coisa, mas isso não interfere em nada a experiência boa que tive no hotel.
