Pros:

location as we were diving off the near pier daily

value for money - 10 minute taxi to Hurghada marina for more plush surroundings

food was good for the amount we paid, afternoon snacks good too

loads of community cats mooching about the hotel which is always a bonus

access to the free beech front loungers a 2 minute walk

Cons:

didnt realise it was a no alcohol hotel - managed to get some locally and hotel didnt have an issue with us drinking it there



surrounding area is a bit shoddy

Der Pool und der Spa Bereich waren ganz gut.

Cons:

Essen war fast jeden Tag gleich und auch gleich schlecht. Essen war lauwarm bis kalt und geschmacksneutral. Das Führungspersonal stand oft im Weg vor dem Buffet oder vor dem Kaffeeautomat oder zwischen den Tischen sodas man sich nicht frei bewegen konnte.
Unser Zimmer war direkt am Empfang und dem Aufenthaltsraum. Dadurch hat man gedacht die Leute checken bei uns im Zimmer ein oder halten sich bei uns im Zimmer auf. Nachts lief der Motor des Reisebuses direkt vor unserem Fenster. Einchecken war auch Nacht's alo rund um die Uhr. Es war also ständig Lärm um unser Zimmer. Zimmerservice war auch fast nicht vorhanden. Mal wurde das Bett nicht gemacht,oder Handtücher haben gefehlt oder es wurde gar nicht geputzt.

Pros:

Le rapport qualité prix . la piscine est très bien, la chambre est agréable aussi. Au niveau de la restauration il y avait un large choix . Ne pas s’attendre à du grand luxe. Mais au niveau du rapport qualité prix ça vaut vraiment son prix. Le personnel est adorable.

La gentillesse du personnel
Le monsieur qui gère les activités était super sympa et de bon conseil

Cons:

L’hôtel ne reflète pas du tout l’annonce sur booking.
Il est très mal situé, la plage est horrible, le bâtiment n’est pas terminé, des locaux vivent dans l’hôtel donc ça peut être très bruyant par moment.
Les chambres familles sont petites, pas d’endroit pour s’asseoir en dehors des lits. Ce n’est pas propre, l’eau coule en dehors de la douche, les serviettes mises à disposition sont sales. La nourriture au restaurant n’est pas mauvaise mais pas forcément bonne non plus.

We stayed at Al Dora Residence for two nights with our two children, and overall, we had a good experience.

I would describe it as a solid 3-star hotel, and for the price we paid, we really felt we got good value for our money. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a big difference.

Travelling with two children went smoothly, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a larger room than the one we had originally booked. The food was also good, and we enjoyed our meals.

Overall, if you are looking for an affordable place to stay with friendly staff, good food, and a family-friendly atmosphere, Al Dora Residence is definitely worth considering. Just keep your expectations in line with a 3-star hotel, and you will likely appreciate what you get for the price.

First impressions u'll feel friendly with all staff.
The location is great.
They give u free access to the beach, which is 2 min walk .
The room was great, very comfortable, and clean.
Room service was also doing the best every day.
The pool was clean, and it's like a crystals water.
The food variety was always good, and the tasty was delicious.. the chef is friendly, and his doing hospitality with himself for much respect..
