Good value for money, pleasant family friendly hotel, will consider again if we are visiting Batam
Pros:

The rooms were good, clean, staff were friendly.
Location was good too, near Nagoya, easy to grab.

Cons:

The breakfast can be better, more options especially for guests who stay more than a couple of days.

Good and price reasonable hotel to stay in.
Pros:

Overall, it is a nice stay in this hotel. bookings were sent to the hotel earlier to for them to arrange to be near each other. Thankfully the staff did a great job, putting the 3 rooms just side by side. Room is comfy and the 2 night stay is good.

Cons:

Tried to pre-book the hotel transport from ferry, apparently they do not offer free ferry transfer but they said it is fully booked for my arrival date and departure date. decided to book taxi instead.
the only turn-off is the staff in the hotel breakfast restaurant, my kid pour out a glass of orange juice from the juice jug and saw a green/black residue. decided to tell the lady server about this but upon informing the male supervisor; he just walk to the orange juice drink holder - take a few looks and walk off. totally ignoring the situation.

He was polite, attentive, and always ready to help.
We really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Naikkan gajinya please 😆

At least an experience stay.
Cons:

Breakfast food was not so nice. Limited choices. Pillow was too soft. The fruits in our suite room was not fresh, even though it was complimentary.

We had an awesome stay at Asialink by Prasanthi.
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome with varieties to choose. Quality of the food was great with friendly staff.
