Personale reception scarso. Camera assegnata non corrispondente alla prenotazione. Tutte coppie che non si muovono dall'hotel, mangiano e guardano gli spettacolini serali tristi.
The food, atmosphere, staff, rooms, pool, everything was amazing.
The entertainment wasn’t great, they could do with putting some focus there.
All of the food, from breakfast to dinner, was amazing! Genuinely delicious buffets, with loads of fresh healthy options that were perfect during a hot sunny day. Especially as a lactose-intolerant pescatarian, I can sometimes struggle with knowing what I can and can't eat if things aren't labelled - but the TUI Blue not only had things labelled in a variety of languages, they also had an allergen key with symbols so I could easily identify what was in each dish. There was so much seafood available every day; the freshly grilled squid was one of my favourites! Shoutout to Maher, Mahmoud, Sayed, and all of the other waitstaff for being so kind and attentive.
Also I cannot state enough how incredible the staff were. Super friendly, made an effot to learn all of our names within seconds, and you could really feel how much they care and enjoy their jobs. Every day there were at least 6 games or activities to do, and every night there was a show or quiz or game that we could all get involved in. Shoutout in particular to Ziggy, Louka, Mooki, and Aziz with the activities team.
My room was wonderful, I had a private pool room that was a 2 minute walk from the main pools and restaurant. The cleaning staff were lovely as well, always taking time and effort to make sure my room was spotless after cleaning. I enjoyed the way they'd arrange my pyjamas into little bows each day, that was very cute.
The facilities were excellent, the all-inclusive perks were seriously impressive, and overall we had a magnificent time. I already want to go back!
It's a bit far from the airport, but get an air-conditioned taxi and you'll be fine!

Chambres mal insonorisées entre elles et avec le couloir , on entend les conversations, les femmes de ménages etc
Trop de luminosité la nuit , la lumière qui passe sous la porte et baie vitrée sous le rideau avec la piscine éclairée toute la nuit.
La plage est à nettoyer et des pierres (briques etc) ont été jetées dans la mer
Une très belle découverte, l'hôtel est incroyable. En bord de mer avec des vues a couper le souffle, une plage privée très bien entretenue, des chambres modernes et chaleureuse ou on se sent bien, et une gastronomie délicieuse, très largement au dessus des attentes pour un all inclusive. Le personnel est également aux petits soins. C’est vraiment un super hotel avec une plage de sable blanc magnifique.
