L’accueil est parfait, l’hôtel est superbe et très bien situé ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien équipées ! L’équipe d’animation est au top, les serveurs , les dames de ménage, les cuisiniers … rien à redire… Le choix au restaurant est varié. Je recommande

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument fantastique au TUI BLUE Scheherazade. Tout était réuni pour faire de nos vacances un moment inoubliable, mais ce qui fait la vraie force de cet hôtel, c'est son équipe. Tout le personnel est vraiment au top, d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme remarquables du début à la fin.
Une mention spéciale à Marwa de l'accueil pour son sourire, sa réactivité et son accueil si chaleureux dès notre arrivée, ainsi qu'à Amar de la chicha pour son excellente attention et sa bonne humeur qui ont rendu nos soirées si agréables.
Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Cons:

Juste le sol de la terrasse des chambres avec piscine privée est super glissant j'ai faillit faire le grand écart 😂

I paid the same rate for two rooms, yet one of them was given a blocked wall view, which felt unfair considering both bookings were charged equally. I raised the issue with reception and also contacted the property here, but I was completely ignored.

Pros:

Schöner Pool, verschiedene Orte zum verweilen, Essenauswahl inkl. traditioneller tunesischer Speisen, Beachvolleyball- und Boulefeld

Cons:

Je nachdem welchen Kellner man beim Essen hatte, war die Bedienung sehr gut bis ok.
Leider gab es sehr wenig Getränkeauswahl beim Abendessen, wenn man nicht unbedingt Alkohol trinken möchte.

Karkelakken i værelset ødelagde oplevelsen.
Pros:

Faciliteterne var gode, personalet var søde. Alt var godt undtaget værelset.

Cons:

Værelset. Det var lille, og vasken var tilstoppet og der var en kakerlak i værelset, og den private pool blev ikke renset. Ved check ud, blev vi ikke spurgt af personalet om alt var som det skulle være, eller om vi havde problemer. De tog bare vores værelsekort.

Pros:

Si vous voulez du repose totale vous tapez dans le mille.

Cons:

Manque terriblement d’animation durant la journée.
Pas de musique à la piscine ou même d’ambiance et le soir mise à part les spectacles qui sont top ,après la musique était arrêté à 23h et le registre pas du tout moderne.
Si vous êtes des jeunes qui cherche un peu d’ambiance je vous le déconseille.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Pros:

Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel und hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Essen war sehr gut mit viel Auswahl, ebenso die verschiedenen Bars. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche Personal – vom Portier über die Kellner bis hin zu Housekeeping und Rezeption waren alle sehr freundlich und bemüht. Auch das Unterhaltungsprogramm war abwechslungsreich und gut organisiert. Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön und wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal innerhalb von 9 Jahren hier.

Cons:

Trotzdem gibt es einige Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Das Swim-up-Zimmer war für diese Kategorie und den Preis eher klein. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte im April nicht und wirkt zudem sehr veraltet. Die Matratze war für unseren Geschmack zu hart. Auch der Pool war nicht beheizt, obwohl es zu dieser Jahreszeit noch recht frisch war.

Schade fanden wir ausserdem, dass beim Check-out an der Rezeption nicht nach unserem Aufenthalt gefragt wurde.

Man merkt leider auch, dass das Hotel regelmässiger unterhalten werden müsste. Einige Bereiche wirken mittlerweile etwas schmuddelig und abgenutzt. Besonders im Badezimmer sieht man, dass Renovierungs- und Unterhaltsarbeiten nötig wären. Das hat nichts mit der Reinigung durch das Personal zu tun, sondern eher mit fehlender Pflege und Erneuerung.


Insgesamt hatten wir dennoch eine schöne Zeit und hoffen, dass das Hotel wieder mehr in den Unterhalt investiert, denn die Anlage hat wirklich grosses Potenzial.
