Great rooms
Would have been nice to have a pool
Great costumer service
Nothing
Extremely large rooms! With gas fireplaces-wow!
The parking lot flooded during a down pour:/
Great size rooms. Great little kitchen spaces. I got to try 2 separate rooms during our stay. One with a pet and one without.
The no pets room we had was amazing!! Big bright and looked like we were the first to use the unit! Stickers on the dishes still!! Loved that!
The pet room cost us more and was a far lesser quality space. It was still great compared to other hotels we have tried in town at this price range.
Its quiet and the people are lovely. I would definitely recommend this place. I would likely visit again. ☺️
It was right beside the highway so going for a walk wasnt really possible unless I drove to the walk..
That being said most Travellers stop and go so dont let this deter you at all.
Large size room, with microwave, stove, cooking tools, free breakfast, everything you need for a stay. Tidy room, two double beds free wifi. Absolutely will stay this hotel if do visit red deer. Strongly Recommend !!!
A little noisy when big truck drive by, but not bad
Louis! He was so friendly. I love him. And the suite was amazinnnnng
Nothing. Loved my experience.
Location was good
Breakfast was not enough for amount of people. Trays were empty and long wait for refills. Gave up waiting
If I had gotten the room I had booked, the kitchenette room would have been good.
I booked a room with a kitchenette on main floor but was put on the second floor with no kitchenette. I left earlier because they say check-in is between 3am and 10pm. My first question to the attendant was: do the kitchenette have dishwashers? He said, yes, YOU; you’re the dishwasher! Your hands! I have a wrist injury with a brace as well as a knee injury. We were renting a main floor room because of my injuries and because my husband was getting surgery and couldn’t walk upstairs and I could but with great difficulty. If I could have gotten the room I originally booked, there wouldn’t have been a problem. Another attendant tried to justify himself by saying; “I told you twice…!” I told him that his tone wasn’t appropriate and asked to speak to a manager. Finally, I spoke to the manager who argued that I should have told them we had special needs prior to booking. She said she would put me in the executive suite and that the next day, they would put us in the room we originally asked for. Next day came and the manager who said that wasn’t there, but the “I told-you-twice” attendant told me all the rooms were booked. So just before my husband’s surgery, I had to once again haul everything by myself downstairs to the car with two injured limbs. My husband couldn’t lift. We are both seniors. They really should be ashamed of themselves. I had purchased food for the week and everything spoiled in the car as I had to check out and find a different place to stay. And the “I-told-you-twice” attendant reminded me that they had, after all, rented me the executive suite! When actually, the Executive Suite is nothing to write about. Decor is from the 1990s that needs repair and, please, I can recognize dollar store decorations when I see them! The AC was a window unit. There is a stove, but no oven pans.
The beds were very comfortable.
The pillows weren't great.
Slept very well, staff were very nice, quite and close to donutmill
The Hot Breakfast was no very hot, the warming plate i doint think was working. Muffins were out of date, packets still on the side.
No headboards on the bed. Need window nets up so you can open the curtains and still have a bit of privacy
