Limpeza satisfatória e café da manhã variado

Cons:

Logo ao chegar, pedi um quarto afastado dos barulhos, mas fui alocada em um quarto de frente pro estádio de futebol e era noite de jogo. Fui conseguir dormir depois das meia-noite.
A recepção não passou os ramais da recepção e do restaurante. Tive que ir até o restaurante pra fazer meu pedido e informei à funcionária que eu iria tomar banho e ligaria assim que estivesse disponível pra receber o pedido. No meio do banho, o funcionário bateu na porta pra entregar o pedido. Tive que sair de toalha pra abrir a porta e receber o garçom, o que gerou constrangimento. A TV é antiga, ou seja, não é smart. Só havia canais a cabo e a imagem estava péssima. No dia seguinte, pedi um ferro de passar roupa.Aguardei mas não veio.
Por último, não há aparelho de ar condicionado individualizado, ou seja, não há como regular a temperatura dentro do quarto. Diante disso, senti frio à noite.
