Comblés!
Pros:

La semaine a commencé avec un WOW car le personnel était très accueillant dès la 1ère minute. Gros coup de coeur pour Luis! Très souriant et ricaneur! Ils ont pris nos valises en consigne en toute sécurité, le temps que notre chambre soit prête. Elles étaient dans une pièce sécurisée à clée. Rassurant.

Le buffet était excellent, la base étant la même chaque matin mais il y avait quelques petits changements de jour en jour pour nous faire découvrir davantage d'éléments typiques.

Le ménage de la chambre était planifié se faire à chaque jour, au point qu'on a décidé de parfois laisser une affiche de ne pas déranger afin de réutiliser les mêmes serviettes de douche 2 jours et faire notre part pour réduire le lavage. N'ayez crainte pour l'entretien : c'est impeccable. D'ailleurs : l'air climatisé dans la chambre était notre meilleur ami au retour de nos sorties à 40-43 degrés à l'extérieur avec humidex.

Même chose pour la piscine qui était toujours très propre et très accueillante, ouverte de 9h00 à 21h00. On y voyait très bien de loin le Castillo de San Felipe. Wow!

Pour nos déplacements, on nous a bien conseillés et ils s'occupaient d'appeler le taxi si requis pour nous.

L'hôtel est TELLEMENT bien situé! C'est incroyable comme nous sommes collés sur Getsemani sans être dans le centre trop bruyant. Oui il y a les "party bus" qui passent mais cela n'a pas empêcher le sommeil d'être très réparateur.

Je vous recommande vivement cet endroit!

Cons:

Nous avons vraiment tout apprécié. Si je devais me forcer pour trouver une amélioration, je dirais que j'aurais souhaité que le restaurant soit un peu plus climatisé. On y avait chaud...

Quiet oasis in a historic property on the edge of lively Getsemani neighborhood.
Pros:

Nice rooftop pool and beautiful courtyard. Large and comfortable bedroom with good storage and small fridge. Best shower we experienced in Colombia with plenty of hot water!

Cons:

Bedroom lighting was a little insufficient and too few outlets. Breakfast buffet was plentiful but could have used a bit more variety (e.g., breads, cheese, jam).

In my opinion it wasn’t worth the price.
Pros:

The location. And the Conceirge ‘Luis’ was super helpful.

Cons:

There are a bunch of things we experienced at this property. Here’s a list :
1. The room we booked the AC wasn’t working so we had to be moved to another room. A duplex room.
2. This supposed duplex room had a loud creaking sounds in the upper floor.
3. From observations through the 3 days, they don’t clean your room. They only replace towels. So if there are food plates, they weren’t taken out nor was the trash in one or the rooms emptied. In one instance they didn’t change the hand towel in the second room; and they didn’t change the sheets through out our stay
4. Because it’s a loft and an older building, there were dried wood particles in the bathroom floor upstairs and this wasn’t cleaned out too throughout our stay.
5. Their bathroom downstairs has a foul smell and we guess it’s from the drainage.
