un très bon hotel recent , propre , très confortable , TB rapport qulité prix , je reviendrai

hotel très recent, les chambres sont grandes, propres et bien agencées
Clim très efficace meme si un peu bruyante
le petit djeuner est excellent et il est servi à partir de 6h du matin , ce qui est un vrai plus lorsque l'on a des rdv tot le matin
Enfin j'ai beaucoup apprécié le service de "taxi gratuit" (compris dans le prix de la chambre) que j'utilisais pour la premiere foiss : le chauffeur était au rdv, il était sympa et la voiture climatisée ( il faisait 48 degrés dehors !)

Cons:

la salle de gym non (encore) disponible
SVP changez périodiquement la musique dans l'ascenseur .... au bout de quelques jours c'est insupportable :-)

Il personale e' gentilissimo e pronto a risolvere qualsuasi problema. La posiziobe dell' hotel e' strateguca per muoversi a Tunisi

La disattenzione al fatto che nella doccia lo scarico funzionava poco.

The location was very close to the city center. The food was great! The rooms were supper clean! Staff was amazing and helpful. Overall the stay was 10/10.

3 Star Service in 4 Star Facilities. Good-sleep and good-breakfast near La Fayette, at Tunis.
Pros:

- Room facilities are sufficient and the room is large enough for 1 ~ 2 travellers. Especially, the physical separation of shower, wash basin, and toilet is highly useful.
- The front staff dealt with my request of "room at the quiet side"
- The hotel building is new.
- Breakfast buffet offers wide variety of cuisine, hot foods, omelets, salads, breads, smoothies, desserts, and more. It really is a good thing to start a day with nice breakfast and coffee. It would be better if they also offer rice, pasta, gluten-free wheat, and, more variety of tea options.
- Carrefour is within 5 ~ 10 mins.
- Terrace offers good view if you are a LRT or tramway funs in other cities or countries. Even though the terrace is also serving as a smoking space, the guests can see the view of LRT (Métro) running in the curves from west side. This hotel is located within just 2 mins to République station by foot.

Cons:

- Kyriad group, as a worldwide brand, should provide sufficient training to the employees at Kyriad Prestige City Center Tunis. I doubt whether the service level satisfies their internal criteria.
- Hardware is good but soft resources needs high improvement.
- Front service and room service are, not a 4 star level at all. Helpless quality. 3 star level. Here goes several specific examples that I experienced.
-- Response for my message was always extremely slow. Or, even it's lucky if they reply.
-- Incorrect information from the front staff on their laundry service. Laundry service was not available just because of Sunday, though I asked this question one day before. Moreover, staff directly replied "I don't know ~" towards my enquiry of seeking alternative in the neighbourhood.
-- Room service ignored my requests of "Pls Clean Up" sign at the door. Funny thing was that they entered my room for putting some snack but the towels etc are left as they were. When I requested front staff to bring the new towels etc right away, he also looked to be shocked. Room service didn't come to my room soon, but did with lacking goods. So I requested the room service to bring the lacking goods but room service finally didn't show up.
- The behaviour of management level staff are just an arrogant one, rather than taking care of demands or wants from the guests in front of him/her.

Cheap and beautiful
Pros:

Big screen and nice tunisian guys to watch soccer with. Big room with funny elevators that are talking all time. Kinda boring speech though.

Cons:

The accountant showed me the price in tunisian dinar but I thought it was Euros so I thought it is waaaay too expensive haahhahaha
