Petit déjeuner très varié et café délicieux. Très bon matelas
Il est très difficile de joindre l’établissement par e-mail, les questions restant sans réponse. Le service de restauration en soirée est également compliqué en cas d’arrivée tardive due à un retard d’avion.
Nous avons été servis par un agent de sécurité très sympathique, alors que cela ne relève pas de ses fonctions. De plus, la citronnade a été servie dans un verre fêlé, la soupe était froide et le brik brûlé. Ces problèmes témoignent d’un manque d’organisation et ont rendu notre expérience décevante.

Very clean modern hotel 10 -15 minutes from the airport walking distance to many different places. The staff were very pleasant and east to work with. An excellent breakfast offering. I really appreciated the fresh omelettes.
The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the lighting in the shower it was very dark.

C'era un odore non piacevole in camera al rientro .Dal prezzo di acquisto con Booking,ci hanno aggiunto altri 10€(sarà la tassa di soggiorno)

Breakfast could be better for a 4 star. Too much sweets
The room was spacious, very good AC, good shower with hot water and good amenities in the room including a hairdryer, safe, kettle (with tea bags) and fridge. Bathrobes and slippers also provided. Bottle of water in room on arrival. Breakfast was ok, selection of savoury options could’ve been better but there was a an egg station which was good. Walking distance to the medina and Avenue Habib Bourguiba (15-18 mins). Staff were very helpful and friendly. You can also change money here if needed.
The surrounding area near the property is a bit run down and not the best. The cleanliness in the room was fine but could’ve been better in the breakfast area. The place mats were dirty/stained. It would be better to just remove them if they are not cleaned properly. It is not great to see stained place mats where you are about to eat. Some of the food at breakfast that was meant to be hot was cold. No toiletries provided except for soap in a soap dispenser.
Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Personal ist sehr freundlich man fühlt sich wirklich wohl. Das Frühstück ist eher mittelmäßig und die Platzdeckschen sind dreckig und schmälern das 4 Sterne Ambiente. Ebenfalls die Auswahl ist nicht 4. Sterne sondern eher Ibis.
Excellent petit-déjeuner
Ce n'est pas une critique, une remarque. Le sol de la douche n'est pas adaptée. C'est une sorte de dallage en gravier. On sent bien le gravier sous les pieds, ce qui n'est pas vraiment agréable.
Cela pourrait être une solution pour ne pas rester trop longtemps sous la douche...
