Everything was good but the toilet cleanliness should be improve.
Pros:

the room are big enough and the furniture are arrange accordingly. So much spacing and comfortable bed

Cons:

the toilet are not clean enough. we can see the mould on the floor especially around the shower corner. And the toilet are very slipery, you should provide foot mat (kain alas kaki) in front of the toilet.

Affordable hotel in great location but could use some renovations to the bathroom

Location was great. close to malls and easily reachable by car bed was comfortable and airco worked very well

Cons:

The bathroom has a constant smell, most likely due to plumbing issues. It really made the room smell unpleasant and unhygienic. The towels also smelled bad, even if we received fresh ones. There were stains on the bedsheets. The first 3 days the shower gel was empty and even though room service came into the room they did not refill it until i asked for it.

Pros:

Pros:

Breakfast was okay with few options, including bubur ayam, bread and salad. We stayed for 4 days and the menu was different every day. And for location, really convenient and very close to everything. There is an Indomaret beside the hotel and plenty of street food right in front of the hotel, we lurveeee.

Cons:

The toilet floor was quite slippery and had an unpleasant smell. The room itself was okay and the mattress was comfortable. We also requested an extra bed and it was still okay considering the room size. Overall, the main thing that needs improvement is the toilet cleanliness.

Pros:

Op zich voor de prijs prima. In vergelijking met hotels met dezelfde prijs was het minder schoon helaas. Tandpastaspetters van voormalige bezoekers op het hout van de spiegel vond ik niet heel hygiënisch. Handdoeken roken vies waardoor we dachten dat die niet schoon waren. Maar ook als we nieuwe kregen roken ze niet lekker. Ook drogen de handdoeken niet goed af en kregen we er maar 1 per persoon. Dit in tegenstelling tot andere hotels waar we 1 grote en 1 kleine kregen. Dus dat was wat karig. Misschien dat de wasmachines niet heel schoon zijn waardoor de was niet schoon rook? Verder was het er erg warm in de gangen en lobbys waardoor je er niet lang kom vertoeven. Andere hotels waren wel voorzien van AC in de algemene ruimtes dus jammer. Personeel was vriendelijk en de kamers en bedden zijn groot, heel fijn. Ligging tegenover Thamrin mall dus uitstekend.

Strategic location , need to improve on iron service..
