Disapointing stay overall,
Pros:

Central location

Cons:

First room had a leak and we were moved, they didnt clean the room for 3 days. When requested the following two days cleaning happened after 3pm.

Beds old and worn.

Cons:

The shower temp fluctuated from hot to warm constantly.
I didnt like how there was no side table on one side of the bed.
It would be good if there was a mirror in the room not just 1 in bathroom

Pros:

After hours check-in process was easy and quick, we were able to pick up the keys and access the carpark straight away.

Cons:

The documentation referred to me as Mr despite my Booking.com profile listing my gender as female.

The garbage disposal in the kitchen sink had food stuck in it from previous guests and was emitting a foul odour, which suggests it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly before we checked in.

Was also charged for a stain on the sheets that was not present when we checked out. I recommend checking the sheets and taking photos at both check‑in and check‑out to avoid any disputes.

Overall a good stay but advertised price seemed misleading because of additional charges.
Pros:

Comfortable beds, clean

Cons:

There was a charge of $15 per night to set up one room as 2 singles rather than a king bed. I can understand a one off charge but a per night charge is not justifiable and felt like a money grab (especially as the room was not even serviced for 2 nights of our 5 night stay (Sunday and public holiday).This was a 2 bedroom apartment so I would expect that 2 beds would be a common request from families.

Great location, affordable clean modern accommodation and authentic friendly service.
Pros:

Always everything.... The reception desk is always genuinely friendly and helpful. Location is great for me and my busy life in the city and business. The room is clean tidy and modern. The bed is always comfortable. I've stayed here a few times recently.

Cons:

I have an SUV vehicle, so parking is always tight but I manage because the location is great for me and I like the security of the private parking facility because my vehicle is always cram-packed with shopping/groceries and sometimes important valuables. I feel assured that my valuables in my vehicle are secure and safe.

Clean, tidy and quiet location. A bit cold in winter but would maybe book again during the summer.
Pros:

Clean, inviting, tastefully decorated with a modern feel. Front desk staff absolutely lovely on checkout. Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite multiple intercom calls during check in due to it cutting out, all staff were polite and helpful

Cons:

Very cold with only 2 small heaters in the bedrooms. 4 people staying but only 2 got showers before running out of hot water. Very tight parking that we were only made aware of after already booking and paying. After hours check in a hassle with intercom cutting out and confusing room numbers that didn’t correspond with what was on the room door. But multiple staff due to multiple intercom calls were all helpful

Pros:

Great location. Overall it was clean with comfortable beds and great to have the option of paid car parking in the city.

Cons:

The apartment was very tired, in need of a good paint. The bathroom was old, towel rails barely hanging on the walls, big cracks in the vanity, an old shower with no shelf for soap.
Kitchen bench also in bad need of replacement. Big chunks of vinyl missing in the bench.
Old heaters half hanging off the walls broken and placed under blinds and the tv...a major fire hazard.
