Pros:

The location is handy to where we want to go. Their customer service is excellent. I had issues with the time of arrival, and they were very helpful. The room is big enough for the 2 of us, and we got everything we need for our stay.

This is very convenient to most of the city. With limited parking on site it makes it easy as a centralised base. Comfortable clean and self contained.

Disappointing! I' won't book this property again.
Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The apartment had no proper ventilation, and the extractor fan was not working. A strong dusty smell filled the entire apartment, seemingly coming from the toilet vents, making it feel like living in a basement. Despite raising the issue, no solution was offered, nor was I given the option to move to another room. Overall, the lack of ventilation and the unresolved odor significantly affected my stay.
