Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, great location. The rooms have their own washing machine and dryer and there a wonderful Japanese public bath in the basement of the hotel. Also a deli with a great menu option on the ground floor on the hotel. A beautiful temple and a traditional Japanese market 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Ci tornerei subito!
Pros:

Hotel nuovo, in una posizione strategica e centrale a Tokyo. Mi sono trovata benissimo, camere piccole ma non così tanto per gli standard giapponesi. Lavatrice in camera, cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo e ho trovato davvero comodo! Inoltre tutto il personale, in particolare Stella, è gentilissimo ed accogliente. Rispondono immediatamente a qualsiasi richiesta

Cons:

Davvero poche cose, l'aria condizionata troppo alta nel bagno pubblico. Trovo che in un ambiente come la Onsen fosse fuori luogo. E i cuscini piccoli e scomodi

The hotel was quite ordinary and didn’t offer anything particularly special.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the onsen.

Cons:

We couldn’t find any utensils in the room, so it was a good thing we had bought some chopsticks as souvenirs.
