Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Tsukiji

Comfortable, clean, convenient and perfect in details!

None of the hotels we stayed at afterwards in Japan gave us the same home-like feeling as this one. The beds were very comfortable, the toiletries were high quality, and everything was exceptionally clean.
It’s not quite as close to Ginza and the metro as we expected, but the location is still good and away from the busiest crowds. My favorite part was definitely the public bath on the basement floor — perfect after a long day of exploring! The water refill station was also a great touch.

Really well thought out room. Comfortable bed. Extra amenities like cutlery and crockery easily ordered and quickly delivered. A great bar in the lobby selling food and drink at normal prices (and how rare is that in a hotel!) Excellent washer-dryer in the room and also a microwave. Beautiful onsen.
A great location too - right by Tsukiji market and 12-15 mins walk from Ginza.

The facility was very nice, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room was pretty and spacious.

We stayed in the corner room, which had great natural light, without compromising privacy, and all the amenities you can think of, including a personal modern washing machine that was silent and efficient. I loved having a hallway to leave luggages, hang jackets and set our shoes along. The small area across the TV where there is a table and a couch is also very functional, and we enjoyed the degree of customization you can have with the light intensity in the room (including a portable lantern which is very sweet to have). Spacious bath and beautiful tiling, and there is a separated WC from the main shower and sink area, which is also very useful. We loved the room, and the check-in check-out process was quite effortless, on touchscreens in the main lobby.

The room was relatively spacious, had a washer/dryer, and had alternate day room-service for replacing towels and cleaning. It came with a shared ironing board. There was also a small gym but we didn't use it.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Great location, rooms are clean and comfy (especially love the washing machine and dryer in the room), and the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Good value for money and highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location. The rooms have their own washing machine and dryer and there a wonderful Japanese public bath in the basement of the hotel. Also a deli with a great menu option on the ground floor on the hotel. A beautiful temple and a traditional Japanese market 10 mins walk from the hotel.
