Pros:

Very good location, easy to access trams and subways.

Cons:

It was very noisy outside on the street for the whole night. Especially the tram and so frequent ambulance sirens make sleeping difficult.

Pros:

The windows isolated the noise from outside. There was a ventilator in the room. There were a lot of places to charge your phone. There is a restaurant well rated for breakfast just below.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the bathroom was shared. If you decide to open the window, the noise is unbearable. The biggest bed is actually a sofa with a mattress on the top. Then there is an extra single bed. They were not comfortable. Also wifi connection is not strong. I had to work in the morning but couldn't have meetings because of the weak connection.

Super für mein Convention Wochenende!
Pros:

Ich möchte als aller erstes sagen, dass man sich darauf einstellen muss, mit dem Vermieter der Wohnung zusammen zu wohnen. Man hat sein eigenes Zimmer (was man natürlich auch abschließen kann), alles andere teilt man. Aber das war für mich kein Problem, da der Gastgeber, Herr Han-Pham, ein so unfassbar netter und zuvorkommender Mensch ist. Er hat mir alles gezeigt und gemeint, dass man sich wie zuhause fühlen soll und genau so war es auch! Nicht nur, dass er öfter was zu trinken oder auch was zum Essen von sich angeboten hat, sondern hat er sich auch immer als hilfsbereit und kommunikativ gezeigt. Als Alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich hier sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und auch gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut in dem Sinne, dass man in der Nähe wirklich alles hat. Lebensmittelmärkte, Lokale und ein großes Einkaufszentrum in (noch) sichtbarer Nähe, außerdem ist der Hauptbahnhof ca. 10 Minuten mit den Öffis von der Unterkunft entfernt. Dementsprechend fehlt es hier an nichts.

Cons:

Leider kann es sehr laut werden, da die Zimmer an der Straße liegen, man hört öfter mal die Straßenbahn o.ä., jedoch hat mich das persönlich wenig gestört, da ich einen relativ festen Schlaf habe und auch immer relativ viel unterwegs war. Abgesehen davon kann der Gastgeber nichts für die Infrastruktur. Dennoch würde ich gerne wieder kommen :)

Tatsächlich handelte es sich bei diesem Ort um eine Wohnung in einer Wohnanlage, ohne irgendein Schild oder eine erkennbare Kennzeichnung. Sogar das Restaurant direkt daneben kannte diese Unterkunft nicht, ebenso wenig wie die Nachbarn.

Außerdem musste ich etwa 20 Minuten auf der Straße warten, bis meine Nachrichten und Anrufe beantwortet wurden, damit ich den Schlüssel erhalten konnte. Ehrlich gesagt hatte ich irgendwann keine Hoffnung mehr und dachte schon, dass mein Geld verloren war. Erst nach zahlreichen Nachrichten und Anrufen wurde schließlich geantwortet.

Leider waren auch die Matratze, die Decke und das Kissen alt und unbequem, sodass ich während des Schlafens Rückenschmerzen bekommen habe.

Ideal for singles & couples at an affordable price.
Pros:

The apartment is just few meters from the U-bahn & the train station, providing excellent connections with any area of the town. Han is a great manager with an outstanding attention to the details and a constant care to the guests.

Cons:

The location isn't fancy as Bilk is in a semi-central position, but just three stations (equal to 5-10 minutes) from Altstadt. If it isn't needed for customers relations, this aspect would not be a problem. Some noise from trafic, none with windows closed.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist gut mit Öffis zu erreichen und es war mega sauber!
Wenn man das Fenster schließt hat man kein Problem mit dem Straßenlärm.
Ich konnte mir morgens meinen Tee machen und auch ein Brot schmieren. Der Besitzer ist sehr leise und für mich war das übers Wochenende prima.
