Pros:

Room condition is of good quality.

Cons:

Provide more signage for going in and out of hotel. The condition of roads in the back going out of hotel are in poor quality and without proper signage for exit.

Cheap n cheerful place. Basic but is all you want is a clean r, bed and a good shower its fine.
Pros:

The location was good for what we needed to visit family and friends. Easy trip into Pattaya on the weekend

Fulfilled a purpose but was very run down.
Pros:

The room itself was big and the check-in staff were nice.

Cons:

Very run down and its in the middle of nowhere. It is convenient for a night before taking a cruise from the nearby Port but I'd recommend Pattaya instead.

Wifi didn’t work, power points didn’t work, kettle didn’t work, no chair in room. Run down facilties and unclean, paid breakfast was served cold. Overall experience 2 out of 10.
