Pros:

Das Hotel ist neu (2025) und das Personal ist ausgezeichnet, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren in der Nachsaison da. Verbesserungswürdig ist hier das Frühstücksangebot. Es gibt leider kein frisches Brot oder frische Brötchen, kein frisches Croissant (nur Kuchen und Croissants, die verpackt waren) oder echte selbstgemachte Sachen wie frische Salate etc. Man kann Eierspeisen bestellen, das wird dann auch frisch zubereitet oder Toast. Natürlich gibt es genug zu essen, aber die Auswahl und Qualität ist eben nicht 4 Sterne..Kein Obstsalat, sondern in der Regel einen Teller mit einer ganzen Banane, einem Apfel, einer Birne, Pflaume, alles als Stück. Das Restaurant ist vor Ort und hat eine gute Auswahl a la Carte, die auch schmeckt. Der Wellnessbereich ist sauber und gemütlich. Allerdings fand im Oktober Schwimmunterricht für Kinder statt, uns hat es nicht gestört. Der Pool ist für Nichthotelgäste geöffnet. Sicherlich sinnvoll in der Nachsaison. Massage war sehr gut, 50 min. 50 Euro.Fittnessraum auch gute Geräte. Der Außenpool ist nicht beheizt, innen 30 Grad. Wir waren mit dem Hotel zufrieden, aber ich liebe eben frisches Brot und deshalb die Abzüge.

Pros:

Absolutely the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in my life. The spa was very nice, but the separate Finnish sauna in the garden was the real jewel! We visited off-season in October, it was very cozy and the breakfast was superb!

Pros:

The staff were brilliant so friendly and helpful we have become friends with some of them. Excellent room very clean well spotless and decore was best I have ever seen. Great views over the sea. Room had all facilities that your ever need. Bed and pillows were so comfortable best night's sleep for a long time. Can't wait to go back. Spa was brilliant as well and also the hotel is open all year round which is just amazing. As it has everything you need winter time or summer. It's a 4 star hotel but I think it deserves 5 stars. Big thankyou to all staff again there brilliant.

Cons:

Nothing all perfect a complete must visit hotel anytime of the year.

Pros:

Modernes sauberes Hotel am Meer.
Zimmer gross genug mit Balkon und Meerblick.
Freundliches Personal.
Busstation nicht weit. Wenn man will kann man zu Fuss zum Flughafen (ca 30Min.)
Auch nach Burgas (90 Minuten) - immer am Meer entlang.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer dürfte etwas grösser sein.
Das Essen ist geschmacklich typisch osteuropäisch und teilweise nicht wirklich frisch oder appetitlich.
Aber der Käse und die Spiegeleier waren gut. Der Kaffee ok.
