Pros:

部屋が広めで開放感ありました。ベッドも心地よく、よく眠れました。朝食が種類が豊富で、和食が多めだったのが良かったです。

Cons:

最初に予約した部屋を、途中でグレードアップして、広めの部屋にはなったけれど、階層が低く、窓からは機械や同じ建物の廊下などが近くにあり、外の景色が見えず、とても残念です。遠くから来たので、外の景色は是非とも見たかったです。グレードアップしたお得感が全くなかったような気がします。グレードアップした意味がある対応をお願いします。

和大樓的B1直接連接地下街，不用曬太陽或淋雨，就可以造訪很多餐廳和車站，隔壁也有便利商店和許多餐廳，生活機能方便。房間走道寬敞，攤開行李箱也不擋路。
