Pros:

Flamenco is literally my second home in Cairo! Amazing staff who know me and always welcoming and hospitable! I think this time it is being renovated so some changes here n there but I just love it there!

Could have been great if it wasn't for the poor hospitality.
Pros:

Flamenco is conveniently located and has the necessary amenities.

Cons:

The staff, especially restaurant staff, needs some serious training or a wakeup call on hospitality compared to some of the other places we stayed in Egypt. I don't think the staff knows what it means to be friendly, helpful and making you feel at home. It really got very stuck up and formal vibes.
