The only positive thing about this hotel was its location. It was close to the city center and many tourist attractions, making it easy to get around. Unfortunately, everything else, especially the breakfast, was disappointing

Cons:

The breakfast was of very low quality. The selection was limited, and the food did not taste fresh. I expected a much better breakfast for the price I paid. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing

Pros:

Amazing staff, the two guys who were there during the day on weekdays and weekends were exceptionally supportive, I felt like home
My sister is in the hospital and that’s why I’m in town, so having people being so nice was a blessing
Location is also very good

Ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage mit sehr freundlichem Service, komfortablem Zimmer und einem hervorra
Pros:

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen zweitägigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Frankfurt. Die zentrale Lage ist ausgezeichnet und ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Über Booking konnte ich ein sehr gutes Angebot für ein Doppelzimmer nutzen, das ich alleine bewohnt habe.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal an der Rezeption. Auf meine Wünsche wurde jederzeit eingegangen, und auch eine Verlängerung meines Aufenthalts um eine weitere Nacht wurde mit sehr guten Sonderkonditionen ermöglicht. Für die Gäste standen kostenlos Wasser und Süßigkeiten an der Rezeption bereit.

Das Zimmer war zwar eher klein, aber sehr komfortabel und bestens eingerichtet. Das Bett war hervorragend, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Gerade an den heißen Tagen war der große Ventilator im Zimmer eine sehr angenehme Ergänzung. Die tägliche Reinigung war zuverlässig, und auch das Bad war zwar nicht luxuriös und etwas älter, aber absolut sauber und funktional.

Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde das Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Frankfurt jederzeit wieder in Betracht ziehen. Ein Frühstücksbuffet für 14 € wird angeboten, dieses habe ich jedoch nicht genutzt.
