El día que fui realmente estaban teniendo problemas entonces, no había ni Wifi, ni aire acondicionado, el desayuno me lo dieron incompleto y por poco me cobran por lo restante.
La piscina no estaba limpia.

The view was phenomenal. Some of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Tv wasn't working properly, and the room had incredibly dirty corners. The pool was not working on the level we stayed at, and had to use the pool in the other half of the hotel, which was incredibly inconvenient. Plus a bit of a lack of communication between staff members as my mother was told to hand towels to the Lakeview clerk, and the Lakeview clerk told her she should have handed the towels to the lakefront clerk.

The view was beautiful. The outdoor grounds was clean and kept up. Staff was friendly and kind.

Cons:

Leaving the facility was hard to see when vehicles were coming on the road. One day the road was blocked due to people on the road marching or celebrating an event. Perhaps tell your guests. The entrance makes it hard to see out when driving.
The shower needs something to block the water. The wall on the bottom was rotting or falling apart.
