Doesn't look like the images at all. Thought I was staying at a different hotel whoch is apparently under construction. No window in the room.
Perfect location in the old quarters, close to a 7-11 as well. Comfortable and clean, very friendly staff.
Staff, especially Charlie and Dave. Took excellent care of us and gave us the absolute best recommendations for food, salon and shopping. Very well informed, funny and absolutely kind.
The washroom lacked a curtain for shower.

This hotel… wow. Words honestly don’t do it justice.
The service was absolutely exceptional. And when I say exceptional, I truly mean it. We travelled around Vietnam for two months, and this hotel easily wins the award for the best service we experienced. Haha!
The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding with such a huge variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore everything, and the facilities were stunning and very well maintained.
We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re back in Hanoi.

1 of the rooms that we stay has very tiny bathroom. You will make the toilet wet after shower.

The location is perfect
The breakfast being at another site was really inconvenient, especially as we had a few early starts.
The room had all the basic necessities and was clean with stylish decor. The location was very convenient and it was easy for us to get picked up for the day trips we arranged both to Ha Long bay and Ninh Binh.
There was no on site restaurant during out stay. But we were offered buffet breakfast at a nearby (about 5 min walk) sister hotel which was excellent.
The most outstanding feature of this hotel is it's staff. They were all very friendly and extremely helpful. It was such a pleasure to stay at this hotel.
