The price of the room was cheap and it served as a great base for exploring around Hanoi Old Quarter, walking distance to many points of interest. The room was relatively clean and tiny and served its purpose. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, and always happy to help with any inquiries. Room itself was quiet other than when you could hear other people opening and closing their doors in the hallway.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hanoi Emerald Water Valley war einfach hervorragend. Das Hotel ist wirklich eine Oase der Ruhe mitten in der lebhaften Altstadt von Hanoi. Trotzdem erreicht man die bekannte Sneaker Street sowie den Hoan-Kiem-See in nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß – die Lage ist also perfekt.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Personal. Egal worum es ging, es wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Zum Beispiel hat das Hotel die Besorgung einer eSIM für uns übernommen. Auch der Laundry Service war ausgezeichnet. Während unseres 6-tägigen Trips nach Ha Giang konnten wir außerdem unser großes Gepäck sicher im Hotel lagern.

Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde das Frühstücksrestaurant renoviert. Das Hotel hat dies aber vorbildlich und sehr transparent im Voraus kommuniziert. Wir konnten zwischen einem Rabatt, einer Umbuchung oder dem Frühstück in einem Partnerhotel wählen. Wir entschieden uns für das Partnerhotel – und wurden absolut nicht enttäuscht. Das Frühstück war fabelhaft und fand im 14. Stock mit einer tollen Aussicht statt. Besonders aufmerksam: Obwohl das Hotel nur etwa 5 Minuten entfernt war, begleitete uns sogar ein Mitarbeiter persönlich dorthin. Alternativ hätte man uns sogar kostenlos mit Grab gefahren.

Ein ganz großes Dankeschön geht vor allem an Dave und Alex. Beide waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie organisierten für uns am Ende sogar noch einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Flughafen – eine wirklich tolle und unerwartete Aufmerksamkeit.

Auch die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel und perfekt, um nach dem Trubel der Stadt zu entspannen.

Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Hotel centrale, vicino al lago e nel quartiere vecchio. Tutto il personale è stato molto gentile e servizievole. Ottimo servizio di pick up da e per l'aeroporto. Ottimo supporto per una gita di tre giorni a Pu Luong con servizio di limousine e informazioni dettagliate su tutti i movimenti. Staff gentilissimo: mr Dave, mr Alex, Tu, Janie. Grazie!

All Staff were extremely attentive, pleasant and helpful.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms, super comfortable beds and good showers. It is in a fabulous location within the old quarter & close to many attractions and so close to Hoan Kiem lake. Shops, restaurants, atm and supermarket/general store all very close. The restaurant/breakfast facility is currently being renovated but but will be completed in around 4 weeks. breakfast is offered from the sister hotel.
