Es nuevo y tiene una buena ubicación.

Cons:

Pero el servicio es PÉSIMO. Desde el gerente de recepción que fue muy poco atento y nos brindó información imprecisa desde el inicio, hasta otros funcionarios. El desayunador es muy pequeño para la cantidad de gente que tiene el hotel. No tiene SPA real. La gente de recepción no contesta las llamadas. No recargan agua en la habitación. La atención en el restaurante es muy deficiente. La gente poco atenta y colaboradora. Primera vez que doy una reseña tan negativa, pero es inevitable. No es ni la sombra del Intercontinental de Ciudad de México -que es excelente-. Me cambie al JW y acá estoy MUCHO mejor.

Buen descanso y atención
Pros:

Personal muy amable, habitación. Unas quesadillas que me hicieron con champiñones cebollita y pimiento delis. Masaje. Cocineros y meseras y staff todos muy atentos.

Cons:

La fruta en el desayuno podria mejorar poner papaya dulce creo cuando había estaba como dura sin sabor. Horario de desayuno podrían alargarlohasta las 1130o 12
