Todo en nuestra estancia estuvo perfecto, la ubicación, el servicio, el hotel, el gym del hotel!
Lo unico que no me gusto fue que pedimos una tarde room service una sopa de jitomate que estaba extremadamente salada.
Después sacamos la charola al pasillo y se la llevaron hasta el día siguiente.

Pésimo servicio estoy pidiendo un reembolso que no me dan por noches que no me hospede debido a que negaron una cama para un menor en una suite el hotel está bastante bien su servicio pésimo y su Perosnal igual. La gerente Naomi Duarte ni sus luces yo le tengo que escribir diario aquí tiene la prueba y en la última me dice que lo vea con booking pero booking me dice que el hotel tiene que autorizar 23 días llevo con esto y sin claridad
Reserve 3 habitaciones por varios días! En una de ellas a media estancia pedí una cuna para un menor de edad a lo que me dijeron de forma muy grosera que ello no tenían Catres palabra literal que dijeron les informé que me retiraría del lugar al día siguiente esto fue el recepcionista nocturno. Al otros día pedí mi checkout y que me reembolsaran las noches adicionales que no quisieron en el momento! Posterior a esto me contactó la gerente de nombre Naomi Duarte tengo todos los correos para que me regresara las noches que no use! Ni siquiera las otras! Primero muy decente quedó que hace 1 semana me resolvía pero ahora van 3 correos que no contesta
