Началось всё с заселения. Телефонный номер не отвечал, сотрудники отеля подсказали где искать (оказалось что это частник, который сдает номера). Еще и хамил при встрече и требовал сумму больше заявленной. Номер не был готов к заселению: номер грязный, посуда и полотенце на одного(хотя бронь указана на троих). Все нужно было просить у персонала. И посуду всю перемывала лично. Отсутствие туалетных принадлежностей и тапок. Для сохранения своей нервной системы и проведения приятного отдыха не рекомендую связываться с данным объектом. Жаль что только 4 фото можно прикрепить для понимания всего ….

Из положительного -только близкое расположение к морю

Девушка, которая выполняла функции администратора, при заселении зачем-то начала спорить, утверждая, что такие маленькие апартаменты она семье из 4 человек сдавать не будет. У нас была подтвержденная бронь с указанием количества человек, и я лично общался с владельцем апартаментов, все было хорошо. Через связь с владельцем мы кое как всё-таки получили тот вариант, что бронировали, но в соседнем корпусе. Вопрос решился быстро, но небольшой осадок остался.
На период размещения (11 дней) апартаменты нам не убирали, второй комплект постельного белья не давали. Убирали номер мы сами. Но тут момент: мы не стали просить (читал, что с этим тяжко), нам не предлагали. Как-то так.

The owner requested 200 lari instead of 180 that booking stated.

I booked a "One-Bedroom Premium Apartment" here two months in advance, trusting the property's decent rating. It turned out to be a complete nightmare and an absolute deception.

When I arrived at the provided address—which is a massive, multi-block skyscraper complex on the Batumi coast—the "Chic Coastal Escape Aparthotel" simply did not exist. There is zero signage for it anywhere. I went to the reception desk at Block C, which belongs to a completely different hotel called Orbi Hotel. The staff there had never even heard of this property, but they mentioned the building has four separate blocks and advised me to message the host directly.

When I messaged the host, the red flags started immediately:

The Bait-and-Switch: Instead of guiding me to the property, the host asked for a screenshot of my booking confirmation. As soon as I sent it, he immediately tried to downgrade me, claiming they only had "standard studios" available—completely ignoring the premium one-bedroom apartment I had secured months ago.

Conflicting Information: I told the host I was at Block C and asked for his exact location. While I was walking around the building checking Blocks A, assignment D, and the surrounding area, he messaged me claiming he was in Block C. However, I had just left that exact desk, and the actual hotel operating there confirmed no such aparthotel existed on the premises.

Ghosted: When I replied stating I was incredibly confused because I was just at Block C and they had no record of him, the host completely stopped responding. He completely ghosted me and left me stranded.

Luckily, my booking was a "pay at the property" option, so I didn't lose my money. I ended up having to walk right back to the Orbi Hotel desk at Block C and book a last-minute room with them out of pocket. It was much more expensive than I planned, but thank goodness they had availability.

I cannot stay. Owner did not answer merhaba call. Anda did not call to me. Not honest.

I arrived with my booking reservation to be quoted a completely different price - nearly another night's worth! When I refused to pay, they started telling me that "everyone pays this", "it's not expensive" and "you got a very big discount" (meaning the rate thay booking.com gave me). I insisted that I wanted to pay the price indicated in my reservation so I was told to find another place to stay if I didn't like it and while I was on the phone with the owner telling them I would be reaching out to booking.com to solve the situation, he cancelled my reservation and marked as me "requesting cancellation".
I did managed to sneak a peek into the studio I was supposed to get - it's alright for the price, not amazing but you can live in it, but beware - there's a construction site right outside so don't be surprised to be awoken by loads of noise. Also, another tall building is right in front of it so there won't be a whole lotta sun, especially on the lower floors.
I am glad it turned out this way - I found a much better located place for a better price.
