Pleasant enough but spoilt by poor night’s sleep because of factors above - bed and air-conditioning
Pros:

Nice, newly refurbished rooms, good bathroom, good shower, good bus service nearby

Cons:

Bed was too hard and uncomfortable- also deliberately booked a double bed as am used to sleeping in such - not two single beds joined together!! Air conditioning did not work as well as it should and there were no instructions for the settings

Pros:

Nettes Hotel in der Nähe Ernst-Reuter Platz, in der Strasse sind Strassenparkplätze gratis. Zimmer sind zwar nicht groß aber erfüllen die Mindestanforderungen.

Cons:

Wir hatten schon sehr warmes Wetter und im Zimmer war es gleich noch wärmer als draußen, leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, laut Personal funktioniert die Klimaanlage im gesamten 3. und 4. Stock nicht.

Frühstücksservice war völlig überfordert. Kein geschultes Personal, deshalb fehlte es an Allem.

Cons:

Personal am Empfang war einfach unfreundlich. Scheinbar keine Fachkräfte.
