Staff is rude and mean; do not store luggage there behind the desk, it is not secure.
Pros:

Breakfast hours were long and the breakfast buffet was good and the staff kept the area clean and tidy. We really liked this.

Cons:

The folks at reception were absolutely awful. Was the worst check in I've ever experienced in my over 40 years of traveling. We were early so left our bags with them and went for a walk and had lunch. Upon return, the man at the desk was so unprofessional and borderline hostile..it was jarring. And when I went to retrieve our luggage, he just let us into the luggage room...we could have taken anything. NOT SECURE! And, when we asked for a drink at the bar, he said we could only have something in a bottle and looked at the little frig filled with beer. I asked what kind did he have and he just looked at me. My friend asked for a small bottle of wine and he said that was not possible. Then 10 minutes later my husband joined us and ordered a shot...which he was totally fine with providing. It is obvious that do not like women there. Beware. I would not go there again.

Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
Pros:

Service van personeel. Schone kamer en douche.

Cons:

Ontbijt. Fruit voor in yoghurt is niet vers. En fruit in de schaal was te rijp. Ik volg een cholesterol beperkt dieet. Geen magere yoghurt of halvarine bij het ontbijt.

Basic Hotel, High Extra Fees
Pros:

Standard hotel with expected amenities. Be prepared to pay for everything extra.

Cons:

The pet fee was extremely high, the highest I've ever had to pay. 25€ a night where most hotels I've stayed at range from 10-15€ a night for pets. Considering my dog did nothing to cause extra damage and was very quiet, this feels extremely unnecessary.

Pros:

Runt hörnet finns några restaurang bl a en väldig bra koreansk restaurang som vi testade. Rummet var stor och tyst. Frukosten var lagom med bröd, ost, pålägg, te, kaffe, frukt, juice, ägg

Cons:

Vi bokade ett rum för 4 personer i juni. Ingen luftkonditionering men vi fick en fläkt. Hotellet ligger inte centralt och nås via fåtal busslinjer. Var försiktigt för man slår benen/foten på soffbäddens dra ut ben om man inte är försiktigt

Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal am Morgen war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Umbuchung aufgrund eines Wasserschadens in das Garner Hotel Berlin - Ku´Damm.
Einchecken hat ewig gedauert, Zimmer in diesem Hotel haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.
Personal für die "Bar" war extrem unfreundlich.

Zanim zakupisz - sprawdź czy możesz w ogóle tu wjechać
Pros:

Pokoje czyste, schludne, przestronne.

Cons:

Hotel nie posiada własnego parkingu - samochód należy zostawić na ulicy, na której znalezienie miejsca parkingowego graniczy z cudem. Musiałam zostawić samochód kilka ulic dalej i iść z walizkami kawał drogi. Hotel nie daje gościom do pokoju wody, nie ma na korytarzach dystrybutorów z wodą. Brak czajnika czy kawy - można kawę ZAKUPIĆ na dole. Było to dla mnie ogromnym zaskoczeniem, ponieważ w Polsce w hotelach o podobnym standardzie kawa czy woda czeka na gościa w pokoju lub opcjonalnie jest możliwa do pozyskania (a nie kupienia) na piętrze recepcji.
Hotel zlokalizowany jest w Berlin Green Enviroment Zone - aby tam wjechać należy mieć ZAKUPIONĄ zieloną naklejkę, o czym wcześniej nie wiedziałam. Niestety obsługa recepcji, kiedy pytałam gdzie mogę pozostawić samochód nie miała pojęcia o czym mówię. Na maila z zapytaniem jak sobie poradzić z brakiem naklejki o 22:00, gdy już wszystkie punkty zakupowe są pozamykane - otrzymałam odpowiedź dopiero następnego dnia po 15:00 mimo, że obsługa widziała mojego maila co potwierdzili przy zameldowaniu.

staff was - strange. I think that I have never in my life experienced such behaviour as of some of the exmployees in this hotel. I do not want to say that all of those I met, but of some....not example of the hospitality. And the price for the drinks in the self-bar...funny.

Pros:

Gutes Frühstücksangebot
Zentrale Lage und gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Cons:

Zimmer ist nicht ideale für mehr als 2 Personen.
Die viel zu kleine Schlafcouch war zudem unter einer Schrägen Wand,nahm Raumfläche und auch Komfort für die Person die auf der Couch schläft.Ein größeres Zimmer wäre hier optimal gewesen.

The lack of AC was disappointing
Pros:

The hotel is modern, clean and staff is friendly.the bed was comfy, good water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

They said there was air conditioning, and the ac was actually central and it would only get turned on for like 1min when we started it on our end. The days were hitting 37⁰C while we were there. We talked about that to the staff and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Also there wasn't a refrigerator inside the room or anything like that. Not enough wall sockets for recharging your phone and leaving a desk lamp on at the same time. The room was very small.
