Pros:

Close to Hiroshima statiom, but it's a little confusing getting there and back.try some varieties of okonomiyaki.

Cons:

Not exactly close to the sites (or okonomiyaki restaurants) but Hiroshima is a well layed out city (with the exception of the area right around the station) and getting anywhere isn't too bad by bus or tram.

温泉♨️付きなのが何よりもお得感ありました　脱衣所が狭いためドライヤーの温風で　空気がもわーんとしていてクーラーが全くと言って良いほど効いていませんでした。要改善あり

Cons:

ツインの部屋を３人で予約したが、エキストラベッドが用意されてなかった。
疲れ切っていたので、フロントに確認もするのが面倒で、1つのベッドで２人で寝ました。なんならコップも２つしかない、タオルは3組あったが。
大浴場の女湯の洗い場が2個しかないのは混雑時は使えない。
