Lo céntrico, cerca de CAXA, está bonito por dentro y por fuera, no probé la alberca dado que iba de rápido a Xalapa a un compromiso, pero todo muy bien, los desayunos bien. Gracias

My visit to Xalapa was to do research. visit the MAX museum to see the Olmec heads, cultural history
Pros:

As a solo traveler, I was welcomed by the receptionist after a brief confirmation of my reservation. After a pleasant conversation, the management escorted me to a room. I was not pleased with the location and demanded another room.
The next room was no better than the first. To avoid any problems, I expected the room. I had to shorten my stay at this hotel because after a few days, I felt that I had made a bad choice. I departed the hotel after four days.

Cons:

My complaint was that most of the staff did not speak nor understood english. Even though I used a translator, it was difficult at every turn. When ordering from the hotel's menu. I had to sign for everything I consumed. I really felt as if I was being overcharged for everything, even the breakfast. AT dinner time, I had to wait practically 45 mins for food to be delivered to my table. This is unacceptable. No lounge area to sit. If you sat at a table, you were expected to order something and wait 15 mins when there was no one else in the dining area. Because the proximity from the dining area to the kitchen was less than 2 minutes, from my table having to wait 15 to 20 mins. was unacceptable.

La cama y almohadas muy cómodas

No tienen cafetera en las habitaciones y el servicio de restaurante es pésimo, solo dos meseros atendiendo un restaurante súper lleno, después de un rato de plano nos fuimos, ni siquiera se acercaron a ofrecer café o agua

El estacionamiento pésimo, no se dan abasto para todos los huéspedes

La bañera de hidromasaje no sirvió
