こちらのホテルは、暗証番号の入力によるセルフでの入館ですがスタッフが在中している時間が非常に短い上、15時頃の入館の際に暗証番号での扉の開錠にトラブルがあり、施設内の案内やこちらのサイトに掲載されている全ての連絡先に助けを求めても一切対応されませんでした。よってこちらのホテルには宿泊できず、2時間ほど立ち往生の末別のホテルを予約しなければなりませんでした。このようなシステムを導入しておきながら、サポートが一切ないのはホテルとして機能してないと言っても良いと思います。
ミュンヘンでの滞在でこのような思いをしたのは初めてです。もう2度とこちらのホテルは利用しません。

Sauber aber der Service war leider nicht kundenfreundlich und schlecht erreichbar
Cons:

Man konnte nur schwer jemanden erreichen. Ich hatte einen Platz in der Tiefgarage gebucht, der Schlüssel dafür war jedoch nicht hinterlegt. Ich musste mein Auto auf der Straße abstellen, in der Hoffnung es würde sich schnell klären. Selbst nachdem wir nach einer halben Stunde jemanden per Nachricht erreichen konnten, konnte uns der Tiefgaragenplatz nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Die Einrichtung bzw. der Stil hat uns sehr gefallen, auch das Bad war schön!
Die Lage an sich ist sehr zentral.
Die Zimmer war sehr sauber!

Cons:

Die Kommunikation war leider eine komplette Katastrophe. Wir hatten vorab über Booking einen Parkplatz reserviert, bekamen bei Anreise aber keinen Schlüssel für das Garagentor. Da Rezeption und Telefon nur bis 13:30 Uhr besetzt sind, konnte uns niemand helfen. Trotz mehrfacher Nachrichten per SMS – inklusive Screenshot unserer Buchung – erhielten wir irgendwann einfach keine Antwort mehr. Die Einfahrt selbst war durch die Baustelle extrem eng und schwierig zu finden.

Zusätzlich war das gesamte Gebäude eingerüstet, unser Zimmer lag direkt zur Baustelle hin, da hatten wir zumindest noch ein wenig "Glück", dass wir am Wochenende da waren und nicht werktags. Über die Bauarbeiten und das Gerüst wurden wir vorab nicht informiert, der Hinweis hing erst im Zimmer neben dem Fenster. Die Betten waren bequem, allerdings sehr laut bei jeder Bewegung und die Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Beim Check-out wurde leider auch nicht einmal gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
Pros:

Unkomplizierter Check-In, hat alles reibungslos geklappt, puristische, stylische Zimmer, klein, aber alles da, was man für eine Übernachtung benötigt. Frühstück gibt's gleich um die Ecke in einem Kaffeehaus oder eine Bäckerei.
