Pros:

El personal de recepcion es excelente, limpieza y cocina muy cascarrabias, todo les molesta

La più bella vacanza negli ultimi tre anni a creta!
Pros:

Tutto,dall'hotel,alla camera,al cibo,alla super gentilezza dello staff non tolgo nessuno,tutti favolosi,sembravo di essere in famiglia.
Le animatrici meravigliose in ogni punto.
Poi non dimenticherò mai che mi hanno cambiato di stanza senza battere ciglio,facendo scegliere a noi che camera usare,xké io avevo prenotato la camera cn piscina ad uso esclusivo ma era sempre quasi all'ombra,molto fredda,allora ho chiesto se c'è ne fosse una al sole,e dando pure un occhiata l'abbiamo trovata ..molto molto disponibili!! Lo consiglio vivamente ❤️🇬🇷

La spiaggia più vicino,aveva sassi non tt comoda x bambini che non camminano. E l'altra spiaggia era a 10 mn sotto il sole ...

Πολύ ωραίο μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές.
Pros:

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και ο διευθυντής έφερε κάποιον να φτιάξει κάτι που είχαμε σαν θέμα (πρόσθεσε μια επιπλέον κρεμάστρα στο μπάνιο).
Οι χώροι μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν καθαροί,
Το φαγητό ήταν αρκετά καλό και είχαμε πολλές επιλογές κάθε φορά.

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχαν μέρη να απλώσεις τις πετσέτες στο μπαλκόνι ή έπρεπε να τις απλώσεις στους τοίχους και στα κάγκελα αν είχες και το θέαμα δεν ήταν και το καλύτερο πάντα.
Οι κρεμάστρες στο μπάνιο ήταν πολύ λίγες. Αν και μας έβαλαν μία έξτρα όταν το επισημάναμε, καλό θα ήταν να έχει αυτές τις κρεμάστρες μπάρες.
Υπήρχε ένα θέμα με οσμές που από ότι είδαμε οφείλεται γενικά στο σύστημα αποχέτευσης της περιοχής. Δεν ξέρω αν υπήρχε και για τους πιο πάνω ορόφους αλλά στο ισόγειο ανά ώρες ήταν αρκετά έντονο.

Καταπληκτική !
Pros:

Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό , όλες οι πισίνες μαζεμένες χωρίς να χρειάζεται να διανύσεις χιλιόμετρα , απίστευτο φαγητό τα συγχαρητήρια μας στον Σεφ και στο προσωπικό της κουζίνας !!!

מלון יפה עם שירות יוצא דופן. מאוד נהננו והילדים מאוד אהבו את המגלשות

שירות יוצא דופן.
הזמנו יחסית מאוחר ל6 אנשים ובבוקינג היה רק 3 חדרים זוגיים. שהגענו והם הבינו שאנחנו עם ילדים אז אחרי לילה אחד העבירו אותנו לחדר משפחה ענקי ושמו גם כל מיני פינוקים בחדר. ביום האחרון אחרי הצק אטוט נשארנו בבריכה עוד כמה שעות ולפני שנסענו קיבלנו חדר להתארגן. צוות מקסים מאוד שעושה הכל כדי לתת שירות טוב.

האוכל לא כל כך טעים ולא מגוון בכלל. הרבה מאוד חזיר אז לפעמים לא היה לנו מה לאכול.
בבריכה אין כמעט בכלל גיוון.

סכה נהננו מהמקום ומהצוות המדהים. היה מבאס עניין האוכל אבל הילדים מאוד נהנו מהמגלשות ומהבריכוצ

שירות מדהים מדהים. צוות מקסים שכל הזמן עוזר והשתדל מאוד לתת מענה על כל מה שביקשנו.

Cons:

האוכל מבאס. גם לא טעים, גם אין מבחר גדול ואין גיוון ובעיקר כל הבשרי היה חזיר אז לישראלים ששומרים אין מה לאכול.
האוכל בבריכה משעמם ואין גיוון בכלל.

Really nice and family friendly hotel. Kids already want to come back
Pros:

We absolutely loved the family room with the private pool, it’s a great size, 2 rooms which makes the stay comfortable for kids and for parents. The private pool was amazing and we had lots of fun there

Cons:

It’s not that we didn’t like but there are several points of improvement that could make our stay even better:
1. It would be great to have a mop in the room. The shower is opened so the bathroom floor is fool of water after each shower you take. Also it would be very useful for the floor when you get out of the pool.
2. I missed the hangers in the bathroom and at the balcony. There were no place to dry the towels(beach towels are not replaced daily).
3. Bathroom near the pools with glass doors and no option to lock the door is an interesting choice of design. I wasn’t comfortable with it and didn’t let my kids to go there alone

l'emplacement etait un peu loin des excursions, la chambre manquait d'équipements, un peu petite et peu lumineuse

Pros:

Emplacement (proche plage et boutiques, restaurants)
Buffet : plats diversifiés et bien cuisinés; produits frais utilisés
Plusieurs piscines
Personnel très professionnel et très sympathique

Cons:

Équipement et confort des chambres: nous étions 4, pas une chaise sur la terrasse, seulement 2 poufs; pas de gobelet ni petits équipements de toilette, mauvaise odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain; lit adulte non confortable (très dur).
Porte d’entrée non isolée du bruit de l’extérieur (pas le plus agréable quand quand on a des enfants essayant de dormir et qu’il y a toujours beaucoup de bruit vers 23:30-minuit)
