Lack of attention to detail when it comes to house keeping, size of the room, having to cross a busy road to get to the dining and beach area - uncontrolled pedestrian access over a busy road is a clear safety risk which should have been transparently mentioned on the hotel facilities area of the website.

De rust, schone zwembad en schone kamers.

Cons:

70% van de bedieners waren traag, de continue langslopende masseurs voor een verkooppraatje, de kosten van de cafe en de steentjes aan het strand (hier kan je met een soort trapje een oplossing voor verzinnen)!!

Ein erholsamer Urlaub.
Pros:

Wir waren zum ersten Mal für einen Kurzurlaub in diesem Hotel. Wir waren mit der Lage, der Sauberkeit sowie der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals sehr zufrieden. Besonders das Rios Restaurant hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren äußerst aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Cons:

Mit einem Aufzug wäre das Hotel noch komfortabler. Außerdem könnte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei den Speisen und Getränken etwas besser sein.

We enjoyd our stay at the Rammos.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with beautiful decor. Spacious, modern and clean rooms. Really good service and extremely helpfull staff. Syeda at the hotel made sure we had a smooth and comfortable stay. She also organized activities and water sports for us.

Sormadan eşyalar çöpe atılıyor.

Kahvaltıya sadece 5 dakika geç indiğimiz için ve üstüne dakikalarca bekletilmemize rağmen, bize otel müşterisi değil de dışarıdan gelmiş müşteriymişiz gibi normal ücretli kahvaltı verildi.

İki kişilik kahvaltıda haşlanmış yumurta istediğinizde ise sadece bir kişiye getiriliyor ve kime servis edileceği soruluyor.

Masaj görevlileri sadece satış odaklı davranıyor. Masaj istemediğinizi söylediğinizde, “Fiyatta yardımcı oluruz.” diyerek ısrar ediyorlar. Sanki insanların maddi durumunu bilmiyorlarmış gibi sürekli satış yapmaya çalışıyorlar.

Güneşte yandığımızı belirtmemize rağmen masaj satmaya çalıştılar. Satış yapana kadar ilgileniyorlar, istemediğinizi öğrendiklerinde ise selam bile vermiyorlar.

Ayrıca balkonlar da temizlenmiyor.

Schon bei unserer Ankunft haben wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Empfang war aufmerksam und persönlich, und die liebevollen kleinen Details, wie das erfrischende Tuch nach der Anreise und das duftende Vanilleöl als Willkommensgeschenk, haben den Aufenthalt von Anfang an besonders gemacht. Auch bei der Verabschiedung wurden wir mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit überrascht, was den durchweg hervorragenden Service noch einmal unterstrichen hat.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ausstattung des gesamten Hotels. Es gibt einen separaten Pool für Kleinkinder sowie einen großen Pool. Auch der Strand ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Das Buffet war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker – hier findet wirklich jeder etwas.

Ein absolutes Highlight des Hotels ist das Spa. Der gesamte Spa-Bereich ist äußerst gepflegt, modern und makellos sauber, sodass man sich sofort entspannen kann. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die persönliche Betreuung: Zu Beginn findet eine individuelle Analyse statt, damit die Behandlung optimal auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse abgestimmt werden kann. Das Spa bietet ein Hammam, eine Sauna, ein Fitnessstudio sowie eine große Auswahl an Anwendungen – von der Thai-Massage über die Lymphdrainage bis hin zur Fußreflexzonenmassage. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Team des Spa-Bereichs, das sich mit viel Fachwissen, Erfahrung und großem Einfühlungsvermögen um die Gäste kümmert. Jede Behandlung wird mit großer Sorgfalt durchgeführt. Für uns war jeder Besuch im Spa eine echte Bereicherung unseres Urlaubs.

Auch das gesamte Hotelpersonal verdient ein großes Lob. Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man hat das Gefühl, dass das Team mit viel Sorgfalt ausgewählt wurde. Jeder Einzelne trägt dazu bei, den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem zu machen.

The hotel itself was very stylish and beautiful, and the staff that did speak english were very friendly

We were quite disappointed with this hotel overall. The location was very inconvenient, situated on a busy road with fast traffic and no shops, restaurants, or other amenities nearby. It is quite far from any shopping areas, which made getting around difficult.

The room was also not properly cleaned. Bedding was not changed as expected, and hairs were still visible as the floors did not seem to have been vacuumed properly.

However, the biggest issue during our stay was the staff. While they were generally friendly, they did not speak any English at all, not even basic words like “water” or “glass.” This made communication extremely difficult in both the hotel and restaurant. Ordering anything was frustrating, as staff often did not understand requests and would either just stare or walk away without explanation instead of trying to find someone who could help.

Breakfast was also very underwhelming. The only real options were egg-based dishes, which became repetitive after a few days. The other items available did not seem fresh, for example the cucumber often looked dry and as if it had been cut days earlier.

Была огромная кровать! Чистый номер с красивым садом, отель новый, свежий, построен недавно. Проводила день рождения в момент проживания, все сделали очень приятно, разного рода подарки и ништячки. Персонал очень приветливый и со всем помогал.
У отеля свой чистый пляж. Тихое и уютное место. Я в восторге!

Chaleureux, confortable et cadre magnifique !
Cons:

Super accueil, chambre très confortable, très belle plage et piscine. Petit déjeuner varié, personnel agréable et réactif. Un grand merci à l’équipe et surtout Lokman d’avoir été aux petits soins.
