Nice and cozy stay
Pros:

Warm and friendly staff. Nice building and rooms. Clean. The cosmetics offered in the bathroom of quality. Close to public transportation and also to a taxi stop so easy to access to nearby places without car.

I would definitely visit the Rammos resort once again❤️
Pros:

First of all, the staff, they were so help-full and they all have that smile on their faces. Specially Luqman he was so helpfull and kind The Location was amazing, the pool and the beach area were exceptional, the room was quiet, clean, and the water flow was so good.

Замечательное место для тех, кто хочет отдохнуть от суеты и шума. Очень клиеноориентированный отель с моментальной обратной связью. Прекрасная территория, тишина. Чистый ухоженный пляж, на котором всегда есть комфортные шезлонги и чистые полотенца. Ненавязчивое обслуживание. Хороший СПА. Отличные номера с прекрасным набором косметики. Чудесный ресторан на берегу с очень харизматичным шефом.
Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Наталье Каплан за всю организацию и сопровождение отдыха.

Voor ons helaas geen hotel waar we opnieuw zouden verblijven.

Niet kindvriendelijk.

Om bij het restaurant en het strand te komen, moet je een gevaarlijke weg oversteken. Auto’s rijden hard en stoppen nauwelijks.

Wij hadden halfpension, maar kregen een vast menu. Het eten was letterlijk een fiasco. Er was weinig keuze en het eten viel erg tegen. Alles wat je buiten het menu bestelt, is ontzettend duur.

De receptioniste was vooral erg onvriendelijk. Bij vragen of problemen werd er niet direct geholpen. We moesten meerdere keren zelf naar de receptie bellen.

Voor ons helaas geen hotel waar we opnieuw zouden verblijven.

Terrible value for money
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the margaritas were good.

Cons:

The smell of cigarette smoke in the room was overwhelming for us non-smokers. We paid for a deluxe double room with sea view and disappointingly overlooked the restaurant roof and exhaust fan with a glimpse of the sea in the distance. The floor was dirty with long black hair in places. We requested housekeeping to come and clean the room again after we checked in (which they did). The laundry service shrunk and discoloured our clothes. The location is in the middle of nowhere (our own fault for booking here) with no other restaurants or bars around. There were wafts of sewage odour at the beach and pool. Food and drinks were expensive. Terrible value for money. Would not recommend and would not stay here again. We wondered why on earth we booked it in the first place (must have done so a while ago). This was the most expensive and worst hotel experience of our trip to Türkiye.

Beautiful
Pros:

The hotel has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere, which made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. However, the absolute highlight of our experience was Halil. He was exceptionally attentive and genuinely made our stay so much better. There wasn’t a single request that he wasn’t ready to help with, always with a big smile and a positive attitude. At one point, I was struggling with the Wi-Fi at the beach and was stressed because I needed to work. Without me even asking, Halil noticed and offered to share his personal mobile data with me. That small gesture says everything about the level of care he provides. He truly goes above and beyond what you would normally expect from customer service and is undoubtedly a gem of this hotel.

Cons:

The only thing i didn’t like is every time i had to ask for the iron from the reception, it should have been available in the room.

Déçue par le rapport qualité prix , pas un 4 étoiles!

Salle de sport ; proximité avec la plage

Cons:

Chambre sans terrasse . Prix du Petit déjeuner exhorbitant non justifié par ce qui est proposé . Le ménage n était pas optimum ( absence de housse pour les taies d oreiller , poussière sous le lit … )
