كانت إقامتي في فندق نارسيس ذا رويال رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة
من مستوى الخدمة إلى جودة المكان والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

وشكر خاص جدًا للأستاذ أحمد على حسن تصرفه وأسلوبه الراقي وتعاملـه الاحترافي معي كضيفة
واجهتني مشكلة بسيطة بالحجز وتم حلها بكل سرعة وذوق واحترافية عالية

الفندق من الداخل ممتاز، ولكن النظافة او خدمة الغرف او خدمة الطاقم لا استطيع تقييمهم بشكل دقيق لاني لم احتاجهم
