Bad service, unprofessional staff and awful experience.
Pros:

Only its location and room.

Cons:

Bad hospitality and unprofessional staff especially the girl in spa reception, her bad attitude was unbelievable. Also, the service was too bad especially the room service, we needed to call them 3 times to clean the room and it took 4 or 5 hours until they came to clean the room.
Second and last time i visit this hotel.

لا اعتقد اكرر التجربه برغم ان الفندق جميل
