Surround yourself with art and a neighborhood of old world charm, even though some of the charm is touristy!
Pros:

The location, it is loaded with a lot of local art, and a very laid back atmosphere.

Cons:

I was locked out of my room for more than 2 hours. Faulty key pad. Called and received no help. Finally I contacted by chance someone with the company and it took 10-15 minutes to resolve. Also the room walls are not thick. Noise can be a problem. The lobby needs to be lighter. Very dingy!

I will definitely be returning and am already looking forward to my next stay. The front desk staff provided phenomenal
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Havana, just a one-minute walk from a busy street with lots of restaurants, shops, and bars. The rooms are cozy, and the hotel has a lot of history and charm. A great place to stay.

Cons:

My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay. Make sure to request housekeeping if you need it, as this isn’t a traditional hotel.

My stay was very enjoyable and relaxing.
Pros:

The location is in the heart of Little Havana. You can literally walk to everything. The front desk employee was very helpful and friendly. I had to extend my stay and it was readily taken care of.

Cons:

Lack of facilities for the rooms. Small refrigerators, coffee, or an ice machine on each floor.

Comfortable self-check-in place with minimal staff in fantastic location in Little Havana.
Pros:

Very convenient, comfortable and clean spot in fantastic location right in the middle of Little Havana. Great communication via WhatsApp. I would 100% stay here again.

Cons:

Hot coffee not yet ready in the lobby when I got up early at 6:30-ish and only a taciturn night security guy was around, but very quickly remedied by a helpful member of staff when she came on-shift while I was still trying to figure out where the supplies were to get a pot brewing myself.

Cheiro muito forte de perfume parecido com incenso e barulho dos hospedes no quarto ao lado. Pouco isolamento acústico

Hotel con "espíritu" de Hostel, a metros de la famosa calle 8. Excelente atención y trato de Lía

Ubicado a metros de la famosa y muy pintoresca Calle 8 de Little Havanna, el hotel tiene un "espíritu" de Hostel. Las habitaciones y baños son simples pero cómodas. Hay personal entre las 11 y 16 y todos los accesos se manejan a través de claves para entrar a los distintos espacios del alojamiento. Quiero destacar a Lía por su EXCELENTE atención y trato. Entre sus ventajas, a 100/200 metros, sobre la calle 8, hay una parada del Bus Turístico como para poder recorrer la ciudad.

Cons:

Nada en particular. Tal vez es algo anticuado, pero así es como mantiene la esencia del lugar en el que se encuentra (Little Havanna)

Brilliant Place.
Pros:

Great location, just a block away from the main Little Havana strip.
Facility is extremely clean, very comfortable and well managed. having stayed in a few other places closer to little Havana this is by far the best and super value for money.
the information and step by step details provided was excellent. The manager of the property did touch base a few times to see if everything was ok .. which was a nice touch.
Good location close to the airport, malls and also toward downtown... good location.

Cons:

No Complaints.
If I were to put something down - having tea and coffee making in the room if at all. There was some coffee in the lobby but it was not a big deal.
Probably a SAFE but again not imperative.
