Cons:

Power supply not stable. Twice power failure in my 3 nights stay. Noises from upstair bedroom, moving furniture and talking. Woke up by them around 1-3am everyday.

Pros:

Good value for money. Even though very near the main street in Little Havana (Calle Ocho) quiet facilities. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The room smell or the cleaning products smell was very strong upon arrival. Aired the room for a day for it to calm down. Bathroom door didn't close. Garden gate had a code lock but door also opened without code.

I had a short and sweet stay here at this incredible building with amazing staff. Shout out to Lia, who’s the sweetest!
Pros:

Everything! Great location, the building itself was super cool and artistic and the staff was so so sweet!!! Especially Lia!

Cons:

The only thing was the late check-in, because I was arriving after a long day of travel. However, all I had to do was ask if the room was ready earlier and they checked for me. They were super responsive and kind.

Le traitement avec le client nous étions 2 couples comme l autre couplé avec nous a l arrivée j ai ete obligé prendre un forfait pour avoir les codes accès a l hotel .pour ce désagrément mon couplé d amis a eu un dégrèvement de 100 euros.moi j attends toujours

Un muy buen lugar para alojarse.
Pros:

La habitación es bonita y muy cómoda la cama. La atención al cliente es super atenta. La ubicación es buena conectada a todo y en un punto turístico famoso. Hay arte repartido por todo el hotel.

Cons:

Parking is very difficult in the neighborhood. Plenty of on street parking blocks away from the hotel. Parking on eighth Street is all three hour maximum.

Clean, friendly hotel with great value
Pros:

The room was clean and had everything I needed. Location is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price.

Cons:

Isn’t really soundproof. I could hear everything in the hallway including the elevator. This didn’t bother me that much though.
