Les deux terrasses accessibles. Cuisine fonctionnelle et équipée. Emplacement idéal entre la gare et le centre ! Deux toilettes pour les chambres. Assez tranquille, nous n'avons croisé personne durant notre séjour. Propriétaire réactif par message. Check out à 12h !!

Bathroom smelt awful and the balcony door couldn’t close so the noise from outside was very loud and anyone could’ve climbed one floor up and entered the room

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich prima! Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Küche auch! Das Badezimmer ist etwas älter, aber es funktioniert alles. Das Set mit den Handtüchern fand ich sehr liebevoll. Die Küche ist auch prima ausgestattet, man findet alles was man braucht, außer eine Schere (die hat mir echt gefehlt). Die Kissen waren sehr gemütlich. Der Self-Checkin funktioniert ausgezeichnet und die Informationen vorab waren prima! Die Lage ist genial, es sind genügend Parkplätze um die Ecke vorhanden, zu den Booten und in die Altstadt sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß, es war extrem ruhig und die Gegend scheint mir sehr sicher zu sein. Supermarkt ist auch direkt um die Ecke.
Die Matratze müsste dringend getauscht werden, zu zweit hätte man in dem Bett nicht schlafen können, da die Matratze auf der einen Seite komplett durchhängt. Auch konnte ich mein Zimmer nicht abschließen, das Schloss scheint kaputt zu sein. Der Erste Hilfe Kasten in der Küche ist leer. Und im Zimmer stehen einige Bretter vom Schrank, die nicht verbaut wurden. Das Kabel der Nachtischlampe ist kaputt. Mit ein klein wenig Arbeit würde das Zimmer direkt einen viel hochwertigeren Eindruck machen. Alles Kleinigkeiten, aber mit großer Wirkung.

Les boîtes à clef ne sont pas pratiques et notre chambre fermait mal
No habia nadie en la recepción. Ni un telefono ni el nombre del alojamiento en la escalera. Al parecer tienen problemas con los vecinos.
No hay a quien acudir en caso de accidentes, problemas con otros alojados, cortes de luz, o cualquier incidente.
Manchas de humedad en el techo. Algun enchufe sin protección. Sin plan de evacuación.
Parece ser un alojamiento ilegal. Seguramente no tiene permisos, ni seguro, ni donde acudir en caso de reclamación.
Lo único bueno es que podrias colar 3 o 4 personas de mas ya que no hay ninguna vigilancia.
Bromas a parte mejor buscar otros alojamientos en Ollhao que los hay muy ineteresantes
Ubicación. Habitación espaciosa. Cama grande. Cerca de Pingo Doce.
Desperfectos de la habitación y cuarto de baño.
La puerta de entrada a la habitación es muy ruidosa.

Laundry on site. Room was nice size. Kitchen is good.quick responses to questions by staff. Easy check in. Location is walkable to everything.
They mention this but be aware they only clean when someone is leaving. There are three units.
