Hotel con buena ubicación
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, al lado de la entrada sur del complejo de Giza y en la misma calle hay taquillas para comprar las entradas.
Buenas vistas desde la azotea y también desde la habitación.
El personal muy amable, nos ayudaron en todo y estuvimos muy bien esos días.
El desayuno bastante completo pero un poco lentos.

Cons:

La habitación pequeña y muy normal. En el baño, perdía agua el desagüe del lavabo y la ducha se inundaba un poco.

It met our needs. Excellent value for money hotel. They picked us up from the airport (for a fee, of course, don't expect it to be free). The view at breakfast is unlike anywhere else. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Deshonestidad por parte de la dueña Sara

Reservamos en este hotel buscando una buena estancia, pero no nos gustó la gestión de la directora SARA, caracterizada por la falta de profesionalidad y la deshonestidad en las excursiones y servicios.
(Queremos aclarar antes que nada que el resto del personal del hotel no tiene ninguna culpa: el equipo de trabajadores, chef y guia han sido muy amables, atentos y profesional en todo momento. Nuestro malestar es única y exclusivamente con la dirección de Sara).

Contratamos excursiones con el hotel desde España por WhatsApp con meses de antelación. Sara nos prometió unas condiciones que no tuvieron nada que ver con la realidad. En el museo pagamos un guía privado para poder disfrutar de la visita y que nos explicara todo; el guía se fue a las 14:30 tras estar solo 50 minutos con nosotros. Al regresar al hotel fuimos a recepción a transmitir nuestro malestar. La propia Sara, sorprendida admitió que el guía debía haberse quedado hasta las 15:30-16:00 y nos dijo que hablaría con nosotros más tarde para dar una solución.
Pasó el tiempo, no tuvimos noticias suyas y nunca vino a hablar con nosotros. Ante su silencio, decidimos escribirle por WhatsApp esa misma noche. Por mensaje, en lugar de solucionar el problema, su actitud fue chulesca y retadora, tratándonos como si no tuviéramos razón y echándonos en cara que "había tenido muchas excepciones con nosotros" (refiriéndose a un transfer). A la mañana siguiente de esta conversación, nos vio llegar a recepción e increíblemente se dio la vuelta y envió a un compañero para no dar la cara. Nunca nos habló en persona y nunca más la vimos ni contestó los mensajes. (Aclaramos que no es un problema con el guía trabajador, sino con la cobardía y mala gestión de Sara).
Nos intento cobrar 25€ por un transfer desde el aeropuerto que en Uber cuesta 8€. Para justificarse, Sara llegó a decirnos que Uber no funcionaba bien y no era seguro en la ciudad.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été juste parfait! De la chambre 101 magnifique avec vue directe sur la pyramide de Kheops en passant par la gentillesse et la disponibilité de tout le personnel, leur efficacité tout en discrétion, la nourriture très bonne, le rooftop incroyable avec vue directe et en premiere ligne sur les pyramides et une mention spéciale pour la gérante Sarah d'une rare gentillesse, générosité et serviabilité. 🥰 Elle nous a aidés à organiser notre séjour toujours avec un grand sourire et une parfaite réactivité et efficacité. Elle adore les gens, son métier et cela se voit. Elle donne de son temps pour sue tout soit parfait et c'était le cas. Saïd était lui aussi dune grande gentillesse. Nous sommes heureux d'avoir croisé leur route et d'avoir pu discuter avec eux. Donc en résumé un endroit exceptionnel à 10 mètres du guichet des pyramides avec un service formidable géré de facon familiale où on se sent à la maison.

Tutto ! 10 stelle la posizione davanti le piramidi e la sfinge , l’ospitalità dello staff , Sara la manager super super gentile disponibile ci ha fatto scegliere anche la camera che volevamo ci regalava acqua fresca tutti i giorni bevande . La sera dell nostro arrivo ci ha aspettato fino alle 1:30 . L’ultimo giorno ci ha regalato delle collane e un portachiavi davvero strappalacrime:)!! La colazione al mattino davanti alle piramidi e la sfinge non ha prezzo . Colazione buona tipica e abbondante bravissimo anche lo chef! Tornerò sicuramente mi sono sentita amata e coccolata 🥰 . Super !! Grazie Sara ♥️

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Offers us a free upgrade for first two nights. Perfect view and good breakfast. One minute walk from Pyramids’ main entrance.

Cons:

The address given by booking is off by about 500 meters, use the name of the hotel on google maps. The road outside the hotel is a bit dirty and dimly lit.
