Pros:

Der Service war toll. Überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wirklich immer da und ansprechbar.

Man hat uns auch eine Tour zusammengestellt damit wir alles sehen können was wir wollten.

Cons:

Es war schon noch dreckig. Also Bett und Handtücher waren sauber aber unsere Handtücher hatten beide Löcher. Keine kleinen. Und die Ecken waren mehr als dreckig. Das Fenster lies sich zuschieben aber nicht verschließen.

La chambre avec vue n’a pas de vue et est plutôt vétuste notamment la sdb. La vue est depuis la terrasse commune à 4 autres chambres, le wifi ne fonctionne que sur cette terrasse puisque s’y trouve la box, mais on ne capte pas dans sa chambre..Le restaurant du rooftop est moyen

Un emplacement exceptionnel face aux pyramides ! ❤️

Difficile de rêver mieux comme emplacement ! L’hôtel est situé à quelques pas seulement du Sphinx et des pyramides de Gizeh. En moins de deux minutes à pied, nous étions sur place ! Un véritable privilège !

Et que dire de la vue depuis le rooftop… Tout simplement époustouflante ! De jour comme de nuit, le spectacle est incroyable. Pouvoir admirer ces merveilles depuis son hôtel est une expérience vraiment unique.

Un emplacement absolument imbattable pour découvrir le plateau de Gizeh ! Rien que pour cette vue exceptionnelle, nous recommandons cette adresse à 1 000 % ! ❤️

Les prix proposés pour les transports avec l hôtel sont extrêmement onéreux

So so close to the pyramids, the ticket office is actually outside the hotel and opens at 0700, so easy to get your ticket and then walk around the corner to the back entrance.
The view from the rooftop is just breathtaking.
Breakfast, what can I say, deeeeeelicious and the chef is very sweet.
The beds and pillows are divine.
Sara, the manager, is just amazing, this is their family hotel, which actually was their family house.
Sara, thank you for everything, we are sorry we weren't able to come back after visiting Luxor, but InshaAllah we will be back.

Pros:

L'hotel è il primissimo davanti alla sfinge, con la biglietteria per la piana di Giza a 20 metri. Dal rooftop la vista è meravigliosa! Lo staff è gentile e premuroso, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa subito! La camera è dotata di condizionatore efficiente, un balcone con vista, letto comodo e silenziosa. Abbiamo avuto un problema iniziale con la tipologia di letto prenotato, ma Ayman e Sarah hanno fatto il possibile per risolverlo celermente! Con le tende chiuse l'oscurità di notte è totale (ottimo). Il bagno è adeguato. La mattina in cui avevamo un'uscita programmata prima della colazione ci hanno preparato un pasto al sacco, l'ultimo giorno, dopo il checkout ci hanno proposto di fare una doccia prima di andarcene (dopo averci tenuto gratuitamente i bagagli per la giornata). Le poche cose che ritenevo migliorabili le ho già comunicate a Sarah, e scommetto le sistemerà a breve! Tornerò per accertarmene 😏

Cons:

Temevo la notte i suoni mi avrebbero svegliato, invece l'ho trovata sufficiente silenziosa. Riguardo l'odore letto in altre recensioni devo dire che è solo nell'ora in cui i cammellieri portano fuori gli animali dalla piana, per il resto mi sono goduta il balcone senza problemi

Wer direkt an den Pyramiden wohnen möchte, findet hier die perfekte Unterkunft – man läuft tatsächlich nur etwa eine Minute bis zum Eingang!
​Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Sie kümmern sich um alles,wenn man das möchte. Der Abhol- und Bringservice zum Flughafen hat reibungslos geklappt. Außerdem haben sie uns großartige Ausflugstipps gegeben und einen Fahrer organisiert, der uns überall hingebracht, vor Ort geduldig gewartet und wieder zurückgefahren hat – und das alles zu einem absolut akzeptablen und fairen Preis!
​Die Zimmer waren extrem sauber und gepflegt.
Auch das Frühstück ist mehr als gut und bietet eine tolle Auswahl.
Die Aussicht vom Dach ist mega, besser kann es nicht sein.

Cons:

Das Wlan ist nicht das beste darauf sollte man sich einstellen aber das stört tatsächlich nicht man ist eh unterwegs.
Draußen auf der Straße ist es lautt und manchmal riecht es typisch nach Großstadt – das liegt aber an Kairo und dort vor allem an den Kamelen und Pferden bei den Pyramiden und hat rein gar nichts mit dem Hotel selbst zu tun.

The absolute closest hotel to the Sphinx and Pyramids. Stunning rooftop breakfast view of the entire Giza plateau. The new Grand Egyptian museum was only a short taxi journey away too. Great friendly team.

Posizione ottima e vista mozzafiato. Più vicini alle piramidi di così non si poteva. Sarah inoltre è stata gentilissima con noi, abbiamo avuto un problema con Uber all’ultimo momento e in 5 minuti ci ha trovato lei un autista per l’aeroporto. Tutto lo staff in generale è stato sempre estremamente cordiale con noi e anche la colazione era buona e abbondante.

Cons:

La pulizia a momenti peccava un po’ sia sul rooftop che nella stanza e in bagno preferirei avere prodotti mini size nuovi anziché magari già metà utilizzati o in formato grande come per il sapone. Gli asciugamani comunque erano sempre puliti quindi nonostante tutto tornerei volentieri.
