Pros:

The hotel has a very good location in the new “Vervet” district. The room was pleasantly spacious, clean, and modern.
Despite the following criticism, it is a good to very good accommodation, though unfortunately with a few minor flaws.

Cons:

The bed was unfortunately far too soft, and the pillows were relatively small with hardly any filling. Overall, it was very clean, but the couch and the bed could have used a vacuuming, as well as the floor. Some of the furniture appears quite delicate and unstable. Considering the price and the exclusive location, they could have invested in slightly higher‑quality furnishings. The pan was so worn out that it no longer had any coating. You had to dispose of the trash yourself — generally not an issue, but the instructions on where to find the bins were very vague. As many before me have already mentioned, the view is a drawback. From the bedroom, you look directly into the rooms of the neighboring hotel, and from the living room onto the outdoor walkway leading to the individual rooms. In other words, you basically sit on display.

Pros:

Veldig sentral beliggenhet, romslig, stor og luftig leilighet med god takhøyde (2,70m) . Vervet Bakeri rett under var også i tillegg ett hyggelig og flott sted å få i seg kaffe og fersk frokost på. Gangavstand var kun 5 minutter unna til sentrumskjernen.

Cons:

Alt var topp på dette stedet. Vil gjerne komme tilbake hit ved en senere anledning også. :)

Förutom parkeringen var allt fantastiskt.
Pros:

Utsikten.
Allt var jättebra.
Men boendet var över all förväntar.

Cons:

Lite bättre nummer på husen hade varit bra. Hade svårt att hitta nyckelskåpet. Meddelande på telefonsvararen var för långt så jag lyssnade inte klart och därför missade jag informationen om parkeringen. Jag blev tvungen att betala dyrt för första nattens parkering.

Parking is far away from the facility and we have to pay per night we stayed for parking and walking back to facility.

Spacious airy apartment in a great location
Pros:

We had a large two-bedroom apartment at summer (low season) prices, so it was very good value. Our apartment was spacious and well-equipped with a fantastic view across the harbour. There is a dishwasher and washing machine so ideal for longer stays. The location is also perfect - close to a bus stop, right next to the bridge across to Tromsdalen, and about ten minutes’ walk from the Prostneset terminal which is the departure point for many bus and ferry routes. Highly recommended for a self-catering holiday in summer.

Cons:

A microwave would have been nice.

Pros:

The apartment had an great view on the harbour and old houses. It is big, super well equipped, comfortable. It is a perfect and amazing apartment. Highly recommended: good price for great value.

Cons:

I just think that requiring 90 euros in case of forgotten items is not acceptable. I also deplore there was nobody at the reception upon arrival ; Too bad it is a bit impersonal.
