Funcionários ótimos!
Pros:

Os funcionários sempre a solicitos e muito educados, o quarto era ótimo e super limpo. A vista da cidade era linda.

Cons:

Só achei o café da manhã um pouco fraco, mas fora isso estava tudo perfeito.

Местоположението на хотела е чудесно. Хотелът е стар, но много добре подържан и много чист. Отношението на персонала е беше отлично, с изключение на двама от рецепционисти те.

Cons:

Рецепционисти Хуан се държеше все едно се познаваме от години и първоначално таксува картата ми с 50 евро повече, въпреки че съм чужденка. След това анулира транзакцията, но второто плащане отново беше повече от резервацията в Букинг.com , 12 евро повече. На другия ден рецепциониста, на който не знам името, мъж с гола глава и брадичка, беше изключително агресивен при споменаването на разликата в цената с Букинг. Цитирам “Букинг не ме интересува, търси си хотел в друга платформа”. И тук не става въпрос за тези 12 евро разлика в цената, а за отвратителното отношение на тези двама рецепционисти. Аз резервирам хотела в евро, рецепциониста превръща аржентинското песо в американски долари, а в същото време ме таксува отново в песос. Това се случи на 5 и 6 юни 2026.

Pésima atención del viejo hotel
Pros:

La buena ubicación del hotel.

Cons:

La impertinencia y muy mala educación del recepcionista del 07JUN por la mañana, gritando y faltando el respeto a los huéspedes. Las alfombras viejas y sucias, además de los muebles muy viejos. El mal desayuno con mucha comida procesada. Etc.
