Rooms very old. Too hot. No view. Windows don’t open. No air conditioning. No proper fan. Swimming pool dirty and too small.

No parking on arrival due to open to public no sunbeds due to open to public pool closed at 5 pm far to early as it was school holidays , ran out of food at bar and breakfast certain beers had run out . Checking in was very stressful as could not access my booking as I was a returning customer and had book September 2025 was told due to change in ownership, although we experienced problems the staff did there best to cope and would return to the hotel and hopefully things will improve, we have stayed many times , can only think issues was caused by change in management
It’s very clean and a lot of things around it and not far just two minutes by car
I have to say that Staff was great
But they struggled, just becouse it was one bar attended responsible for bar, cleaning, serving... Guy was great but under alot of pressure.....

I think the room needs a “deep cleaning “and more attention to detail. Also, the shower and faucet need to be replaced.
When we got the room, there was some rubbish on the floor left from the previous guests. I could also see fingerprints on the faucet, and the sink was not clean.
We came to have breakfast on the balcony, but the balcony was dirty as well. There was leftover food on the table, seagulls were trying to eat it, and the ground had not been cleaned.
The location was good, but unfortunately the condition of the room and the lack of support from staff made the stay very disappointing.
The room was extremely hot with poor airflow, only one fan, and very small windows. Some windows were broken and could not be opened. There was no fridge, which was very inconvenient for a family with young children, and the room phone did not work. The room and bathroom felt old and dirty. It was very difficult with a baby stroller because of the stairs. The hotel also had no still water available to buy, and reception told me to go to a supermarket or that I should have taken precautions when travelling with children. We were first told the swimming pool was full, then after complaining and repeatedly asking, we were allowed to use it after around 2 hours, but the pool was very dirty. Staff were not helpful and the issues were not resolved during our stay.
The property was not to far from the beach. The bedroom was a good size and had all the items ones needs, fan, iron, trouser press. It had two pools and a fitness centre. The shower was good. The breakfast quantity was good. The majority of staff were welcoming and helpful.
There were some issues with the room. The decoration could be better, the floor lamp did not work but was addressed quickly. The shower dripped. The breakfast was hearty but bland. There was one member of staff that was cold in her manner . We found it strange that we had to make a request to have our room tidied.

Behaviour of staff. Completely hot inside the hotel. They can't provide me a fan after several requests and several emails. Sandra and the bar staff supervisor were rude. Completely dirty room, sink, actually no housekeeping after request via oyo. I leave the main door open 3 nights because of ventilation. Booked this hotel just ruined my holiday. My kids get sick.
Management doesn't care about guests at all. In this heat after asking in these 4 nights they can't manage one fan for my family.
Location gr8, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was spacious and we felt very at home which is quite rare to find at a hotel
Room was so hot, fan ineffective, windows barely opened...cudnt sleep.
I booked housekeeping and they didn't come.
Toilets and showers by pool were very dirty. Pool was not very clean. Website said pool opens till 8 but it closed at 5.
We found the staff extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble. We liked th fact that we could choose when to have housekeeping, as well as purchase breakfast if we wanted it. The room was very comfortable with a lovely sea view. The food from the restaurant was very good. We would definitely return.
We wished we had booked for longer, as the weather for our first couple of days wasn't very good.
