overall cleanliness was okay

Cons:

water pressure was rather low, aircond was not cool, even on at 16 degrees celcius, beds were not comfy at all, too soft

Pros:

The place was quite clean and the location was good.

Cons:

The mattress was too soft, not comfortable, shower water pressure very low, difficult to bathe. Water filter not accessible in the morning...cannot refill our water bottles before we checked out

Nice budget value.
Pros:

Overall the room was good. All meet the expectation at the budget value. The room is spacious, environment is quiet.

Cons:

The single bed is too soft and sunk. The water pressure is bit low. After contact to owner, owner is very helpful, change the bed and resume the water pressure in 3-4 hours.
