Personale, soprattutto il titolare, molto gentile,disponibile. Alloggio spartano ma mi è piaciuto :)
Pros:

basilare ma abbondante, parliamo di uova, pane, fetta di torta dolce, latte, caffè, succo, marmellata e burro (se non mi dimentico altro...). Personale molto disponibile.

Cons:

Non avevano pulito il bagno dopo l'utilizzo anche se ero solo io in quei giorni (almeno il bagno in comune dove mi è stato indicato). La camera purtroppo era un pò calda e la finestra da su un poggiolo in comune quindi, pur sapendo che non c'era molta gente in quei giorni che c'ero, non era il massimo lasciarla aperta per arieggiare più possibile la stanza.

Pros:

Personnel ultra aidant pour organiser les randos, réserver une nuit chez l'habitant. Il a absolument tous les contacts nécessaires !

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était un peu light avant de partir en rando mais peut être parce que je me suis levé tôt et qu'il était prêt de la veille.

Cons:

Chegámos às 22h para dormir e não conseguimos entrar porque não nos deram a chave certa para o exterior, porta já fechada e não há ninguém, não atendem o telefone, não respondem a mensagens. Se não tivéssemos encontrado por sorte alguém que conhecia o sítio e onde encontrar a chave teríamos ficado a dormir na rua, até hoje nem uma palavra sobre isto, um pedido de desculpa, nada. Na verdade dormir na rua até teria sido melhor já que para piorar havia baratas no quarto e na casa de banho partilhada. Mas até sítio não foi barato, custou 50€ a noite, o mesmo que qualquer outro onde ficamos na ilha de santo Antão e posso dizer que nunca fiquei em sítio tão mau mesmo quando pagava pouco.

Gran personal todo genial!!!
Pros:

Atencion magnifica, nos surgio un priblema con el barco y aceptaron hacernos una candelavion gratuita como algo exepcional lo cual agradecimos mucho, gran empatia! Por lo que llegamos a ver un lugar magnifico!

La posizione è molto buona, una buona colazione inclusa anche se non abbondante, e il ristorante ha la premura di diversificare il menù se si sceglie di mangiare li più di una volta. Lo staff è davvero gentile e accogliente, ti fa sentire a casa!

Cons:

Stanza spartana, non curatissima, situata in un piano semi interrato, senza luce naturale.

Preço razoável. Terraço muito agradável onde se pode beber uma bebida ou tomar as refeições.
Pequeno almoço bom, com pão, leite, café, sumo, ovos e fruta.

Cons:

Quarto básico. Porta do quarto com vidros, permitindo entrada de luz e barulhos do corredor. Insonorização péssima, ouve-se os sons do quarto em frente como se fosse no nosso.

L’accueil et le personnel qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Belle terrasse pour les repas. Nous avons adoré Tarrafal!

Cons:

La chambre du bas est un peu sombre sans vraie fenêtre mais nous avons pu changer en cours de séjour pour une chambre au premier, merci encore pour votre flexibilité!
