Pros:

Petit hôtel très bien situé, au calme et à 10 minutes à pied du centre d'Héraklion. Les chambres sont modernes, très belles et le personnel très agréable. Excellent restaurant à ne pas rater à 2 minutes à pied de l'hôtel : le Vourvourladikon.

Cons:

Le ménage pourrait être mieux fait (poussière au sol) et la douchette n'est pas utilisable car entartrée. Attention : lavabo dans la chambre, mais douche fermée.

Excellent stay in Heraklion providing a lovely accommodation at good value.

Great location within walkable distance to the city centre.
Lovely breakfast, and excellent room.

Cons:

Having to go up plenty of stairs to get up to the room with luggage is not easy, especially if guests are older.

Agréable séjour
Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait, proche du centre ville tout en étant dans une rue calme loin des attractions touristiques. Le petit déjeuner continental était correct, et le personnel était sympathique, souriant et répondait a toute requête.

Camera dalle dimensioni generose - top l'idromassaggio sulla terrazza

Cons:

il lato dov'ero io (quello con la camera con l'idromassaggio) era senza ascensore. Con valigie pesanti c'erano molte scale da fare per arrivare alla stanza. Ero all'ultimo piano

Tutto molto bello, e staff di qualità, gentile,simpatico, disponibile ed empatico.
Pros:

Tutto, accoglienza (anche se abbiamo fatto il check in automatico perché, a causa di ritardo del volo siamo arrivati oltre mezzanotte); tutto facile e perfetto.
Ottima la prima colazione.
Tutto perfetto, tranne il parcheggio impossibile nelle vicinanze.

Un lieu paisible en ville bien situé pour les balades, visites et restaurants...

L'accueil très aimable des hôtes, l'attention du personnel aux petits soins, l'ambiance globale de l'hôtel tranquille, les chats qui circulent dans le salon du petit déjeuner 😊 et les chambres confortables.
