Estar como en casa
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, Simón, Mary y Melly, que respondieron de inmediato a todos mis pedidos y necesidades. Organizaron el taxi desde y hacia el aeropuerto, que cumplió con total puntualidad.
La ubicación me resultó muy buena para mis necesidades, y el pasaje en donde está el hotel es muy lindo y tranquilo, a pesar de quedar en pleno centro.
La cama era muy buena, importante en estos casos.
La sensación de estar "como en casa" es real.

Cons:

Tuve frío en el baño porque no tenía calefacción.
No sé si la denominación "hotel boutique" realmente le cuadra, parece más bien un "bed and breakfast", ya que es como estar en una casa.

Pros:

Comfortable and very quiet hotel off of a busy street in Santiago. Walkable distance distances to the Plaza de Armas and Bellavista neighbourhood. Restaurants, shops, and good bakeries nearby.

Very nice place for a short stay
Pros:

Very nice place for a short stay.
A quiet and special corner hidden in the center of Santiago, easy for exploring the city.
Staffs are nice.

Cons:

Washing machine is not available for use by guest, they can provide laundry service instead with a cost.
This is not fit the description of their facility: washing machine in bathroom.

Gutes , sehr persönlich geführtes Hotel
Pros:

Eine sehr nette Wirtin, sehr hilfsbereit. Ein süßer Garten hinter dem Haus. Ruhige Lage im oberen Teil von Valpo. Gutes Hotel, um Valparaíso zu erkunden.

Cons:

Wir mussten morgens zwischen Obst und Müsli wählen, beides ging nicht. Daher haben wir unser eigenes Obst zum Müsli mitgebracht

It was okay, far less 'understated' than advertised, would suite those on a tight budget.
Pros:

The location was good and I liked the private gated lane which fronted the entrance of the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel was clean but very tired! The shower silocane was stained black from mould, the shower drain was an open pipe, no where to hang towels, my bed had a spring sticking into my ribs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very central but safe. The room was large and they upgraded us for free (thank you!) Great place for empanadas right there on the corner.

Pros:

The location was fantastic, being close to so many sights and restaurants and activities. It was safe with a gated entrance. And the room was clean and comfortable. It was a small staff, but they were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was just average, but adequate.
