Suited my purpose of the visit but I won't recommend this to anyone at its current condition.
Pros:

After first day, I was shifted to a suit which was quite spacious.

Cons:

No food or room-service availability.
No housekeeping.
The property is undergoing renovation/repair work, so lift facility was also stopped. Debris were scattered everywhere in the property.
