OK stay - needs a good clean
Pros:

Big Rooms, air conditioning was good.

Cons:

The pool area is small and run down. Doesn’t look like the photos they have on their website etc. Rooms need a decent deep clean, skirting boards were very dirty, the whole hotel needs a good clean, it’s showing its age. Pool area is very poorly looked after.

Amazing hotel with even better staff!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, it had everything we needed. The pools were beautiful. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very close to everything. The staff were very friendly, Van organised a beautiful cake for my friend’s birthday and helped with everything we needed. Pink was also amazing and very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hotel has a pool and other services such as bikes for use that were utilised over our eight days to stay. The location of this hotel is fantastic. It’s just far enough away from old town to miss the busy road but still within walking distance or a quick grab. Highly recommend

Nice hotel near the Old Town of Hoi An
Pros:

Very nice and specious room with comfortable bed! Buffet breakfast with plenty of choices!
They have a private setting with restaurant at the beach, just a shuttle ride away.

Pros:

I liked the location and authentic decor of the hotel. Cheap daily rate for the quality of the hotel and the foot massage I had at the spa was really good. Good location, there were free shuttle buses but a grab was only $3.50NZ to the old town so really cheap to be able to go whenever you felt like it.

Cons:

There was no staff at the pool bar and no pool side service for drinks and food although if you went inside the restaurant and ordered they did bring it out to the pool.
The towels were a bit worn and faded and some had holes.
I would have liked some pancakes available at breakfast and baguette style Banh Minh on the lunch menu.
These are all small improvement suggestions as overall the surroundings, service and quality were great for the price and I would definitely stay again.

La ubicación entre la playa y el centro de hoi an. Ofrecían autobús gratuito para ir a ambos lugares. Las instalaciones son de 10 y el servicio atento. La mejor piscina de todo el viaje por Vietnam.
