Lovely hotel and wonderful staff
Pros:

We loved the Anio Boutique Hotel and we especially must thank Van for her brilliant service and care. We were initially disappointed that our junior suite was not overlooking the pool, but quickly came to realise that was a blessing as sadly the pool area was not the tranquil haven depicted in the photos. There were only a limited amount of sunbeds and the cabanas were dirty and neglected. Add to that noisy boisterous children playing in the pool and it just wasn’t for us. Thankfully we could take advantage of the free shuttle service to and from the beach with sunbeds and towels provided by the Dolphin restaurant. The Dolphin was great. We had our best meals there during our stay in Hoi An.

Cons:

The pool area was disappointing.

Cons:

Too many young children & large groups. The hotel was also quite a distance from the old town so needed taxis o9r Grab transport.

Great hotel but a few improvements needed
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff. Large rooms and nice pool area.

Cons:

Breakfast finishing at 9:30am is too early when on holiday plus the first shuttle to town not until 11am (beach 10:30am). The shuttle is not often enough and they should put back the 9pm from town to the hotel. Pool towels are old and there was no pool bar service.

bon séjour mais hôtel qui mérite des rénovations
Pros:

la chambre est spacieuse, joliment décorée. La salle de bain est très grande. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et très bon. Ils mettent à disposition gratuitement des vélos (attention tout le même aux freins) et une navette régulière vers le centre historique est disponible. J'ai bien aimé le fait qu'il soit excentré, loin de la foule et avec à proximité les rizières idéal pour les balades. J'ai également testé le spa de l'hôtel, massage très sympathique et peu cher.

Cons:

L'hôtel mérite un rafraichissement. Il y a beaucoup de potentiel mais tout est un peu daté. Les bed de la piscine sont tachés. Il y a des feuilles partout autour de la piscine. Les serviettes de piscine sont en lambeaux. C'est dommage parce que l'espace en lui-même peut être très sympa. Le bar ferme à 18H heure à laquelle nous nous attendions à un prendre un apéro autour de la piscine.

Comfortable and spacious boutique hotel
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ruby and Van were most helpful. We enjoyed a complimentary foot massage. Room was spacious and clean.

Pros:

Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời từ vị trí, thiết kế phòng nghỉ, nhân viên và các tiện ích miễn phí như xe đạp và xe đưa đi biển An Bàng.. Khách sạn nằm không quá xa khu phố cổ , đạp xe đi chơi rẩt thuận tiên, xe đạp miễn phí nhưng xe loại tốt và dễ đi. Khu vực yên tĩnh và có vườn cây và khu vui chơi công cộng ngay trước khách sạn.

Cons:

Điểm trừ duy nhất là bữa sáng ít món nhưng bù lại bánh rất ngon.

The best hotel we stayed in during our whole Vietnam trip - INCREDIBLE!
Pros:

We spent 4 weeks travelling through Vietnam and stayed in 11 different hotels along the way including luxury in Da Nang and Phu Quoc - this was by FAR our favourite hotel by a long distance. It was clean, the staff were incredible and always made us feel welcome when we returned back. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've ever seen, and my partner is Vegan he ate really well at breakfast every day. We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday while we were there and they decorated our room, and brought us a whole birthday cake out at breakfast with candles which we really appreciated. The hotel was clean, modern, the rooms were lovely and the pool area was gorgeous. It's a short bike or a 10min walk from the centre which is nice as it's a little quieter. There are some lovely shops, restaurants and cheap laundry right near the hotel. I couldn't recommend this stay enough, we've already recommended to 2 other friends who are travelling to Vietnam separately over the next year. Finally, a special mention to Pink, who was absolutey amazing with us and couldn't have done more to help us. If we ever revisit Vietnam, this hotel will be the first place we book, I cant recommend it enough.
