Beautiful hotel and great service
Pros:

Beautiful rooms, great breakfast and pretty pool area.

Cons:

I was expecting the location to be better. Just far enough from the Old Town that a grab was needed in due to the heat, but not far enough that you were near the beach or amongst the rice fields. Fine if you don’t want to be walking distance to either.

Pros:

Struttura molto ben curata, pulita e personale molto disponibile. I ragazzi della reception sono stati sempre disponibili ad assisterci durante il nostro soggiorno. Un grazie particolare va a Van ed Elio.

Cons:

Colazione molto buona, la disponibilità di una macchina per espresso sarebbe stata più che gradita!

Nhân viên tốt bụng nhưng phòng không như mô tả, không xứng đáng với giá tiền

Team FO thân thiện và nhiệt tình

Cons:

- Căn phòng được miêu tả có view hồ bơi nhưng phòng của mình gần như bị che hết, không có tí view hồ bơi nào cả
- Nhà tắm chỉ có bồn tắm chứ không có phòng tắm riêng như trong miêu tả
- Khu vực hồ bơi thiết kế phần sỏi và nước hồ bơi bị tràn lên gạch lát rất dễ trượt ngã, bạn mình đã bị ngã xuống hồ nhưng may mắn là không có vấn đề gì nghiêm trọng
- Ăn sáng ít món và ít lựa chọn, nhân viên phục vụ ăn sáng chưa chu đáo
- Xe đưa đón đi phố cổ cũng ít khung giờ để phục vụ khách
- Cách âm kém, 12h đêm nghe rõ tiếng ồn, chạy nhảy từ phòng khác

Pros:

Had a great stay at the hotel! The design of the hotel is very eye-pleasing. It is stylish and neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful (special thanks to Van and Helen for touristic tips and hospitality). The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. I enjoyed the spa services (I went there two times). I also used the laundry services - I received my clothes back very fast and all in perfect state. The hotel is located a bit further away from the old town, but still easily reachable via Grab within a few minutes.

Cons:

Nothing, all went very well.

Perfect, we will be back!
Pros:

We have stayed at Anio Boutique Hotel in Vietnam for a few weeks now and it has been absolutely brilliant. The bedrooms are excellent — spacious, comfortable, and always kept to a very high standard.

The staff are all so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and they really made our stay special. A special mention to Pink and Helen, who were both outstanding throughout our stay. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive to all our needs, and always happy to help with anything.

Our stay honestly couldn’t have been better, and we will definitely be coming back again in the future. Highly recommended!

Nothing - we will be coming back, it was excellent.

Hôtel agréable mais qui mériterait quelques petites améliorations
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable, agréable piscine, à mi chemin entre la plage et la ville, bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

Le personnel de nuit parle très peu anglais il a été très difficile de communiquer, le petit-déjeuner n'était pas exceptionnel, les transats et lits de la piscine devraient être changés car ils sont assez sales. Pas de personnel présent au niveau du pool bar, manque d'animation le soir et situation géographique pas assez proche du centre de Hoi An.

Ok stay, ok staff. Disappointed after our son hurt himself in their room.
Pros:

There was a good selection available for breakfast and for the price of the hotel it was alright. Great walking distance location to old town.

Cons:

The pool area is a little older than it looks in the pictures and there’s a swim up bar but it’s not in use and is very dusty and dirty. The air conditioner in our room dripped on the floor constantly and the roof around it is mouldy because of the water.

Our infant son sliced his hand open on the door stopper in the room and the staff could not have cared less. There was a significant amount of blood and he required first aid but we were offered no compensation or anything to remedy our dissatisfaction.

Pros:

Friendly staff and very helpful

Cons:

The elevator kept needing maintenance so the power kept being shut off, we also had a crack in the shower/tub base that leaked water on the floor
