Tre giorni a Novaljia
Pros:

Posizione ottima, sul lungo mare di Novaljia, vicino al centro e vicina alle spiaggie più note dell’isola. fronte spiaggia, la camera spaziosa, letto molto comodo.

Cons:

Pulizia carente e effettuata solo su richiesta.
Colazione sempre uguale e con poca scelta di dolci.

Cons:

Nedostatak restorana u sklopu hotela i ponuda samo doručka. Beach bar koji je otvoren za sve, ako imate malu djecu malo je nezgodno jer se tada bazen baš i ne može koristiti..

Cons:

Buchten 2 Zimmer für 2 Nächte- in keinem wurden die Handtücher ausgetauscht oder die Betten gemacht.
Duschgel-, Handseife und Shampoo waren bei Ankunft komplett leer , wurden erst am 2. Tag nach wiederholter Anfrage mit billiger kroatischen Seife nachgefüllt. Sie behaupten allerdings, dass es sich um RITUALS Produkte handeln.
Es werden keine Badehandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt.
Frühstück erst ab 9 Uhr!!
Orangensaft zum Frühstück sieht wie auf dem Foto aus!
€520,- Preis für ein 4-Sterne Hotel wäre normal, aber nicht für diese Dienstleistungen!
Bessere Option: nächstes Mal lieber im nächstgelegene Hotel buchen

Cons:

Ovo nam je bio 3. po redu boravak u ovom hotelu i više se ne vraćamo. Kvaliteta usluge se skroz srozala na način da je osoblje neprofesionalno, konobarica sjedi za stolom sa cigaretom dok traje doručak, a stolovi nepospremljeni, održavanje higijene u hotelu je vrlo loše, terasa nije oprana mjesecima, podovi su zamrljani, stakla prljava itd. Nisu mi se svidjele ni girlande od umjetnog šarenog cvijeća iznad bazena, te suncobrani crveni i zeleni, te smatram da radi toga hotel sada djeluje vrlo jeftino. Sve u svemu nije to više hotel koji je bio i u koji smo se rado vraćali.

Raňajky boli dobré chutilo nam.

Cons:

Nepáčilo sa nám to že čistota nebola na úrovni 4 hviezdickového hotela. Zásuvka na elektrinu v kupelni deluxe izbe nefungovalo tak som si musela vyfukat, žehliť vlasy v izbe kde fungovalo zástručka. WC v kúpelni nefungovalo moc, museli sme viac krát stlačiť gombík. Nepáčilo sa nám ani to že hocikto mohlo chodiť sa okúpať do bazena z mora nakolko par metrou bola pláž. Viac krát boli robené party pre maldých ktorí boli tam ožraté vtedy sme nemohli využívať bazén. Keď idete malými detmi na dovolenku odporúčam iný hotel nakoľko 5 ročným synom sme sa tam ubytovali a toto mu nedáva dobrý zážitok že v hoteli mladé kočky chalani popíjajú alkohol. Bazén bolo čisté každodenne tam dávali chemické prípravky aby voda splnala požiadavky. Padali bazéna keramické malé dlaždice podla mna mohli by to opraviť nalepiť naspet popadané keramické dlaždice, aby udržali vzhlad bazena na úrovni ako to má byť. Stoli vonku na terase boli rozpadnuté ked si tam nieco položila tak sa to hýbalo tiež by to mohli vymeniť opraviť. Pohare a príbory neboli čisté . Dala by som hoteli 3 hviezdičky nezodpovedá 4 hvizdickám. Mohli by trošku dať na to aby bolo všetko čisté. Opotrebované veci sú v hoteli.

Perfekte Lage, Freundliches Personal, wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Tolle Lage man ist in wenigen Minuten beim Zrche Beach mit dem Taxi. Das Personal auch wirklich sehr freundlich und immer da. Die Partys am Pool stören auch absolut nicht man darf einfach nicht vergessen das man auf einem Partystrand ist wo die meisten Gäste jugendliche sind. Nach den Partys ist es immer sofort sauber und laut ist es auch nicht. Handtücher sind auch kein Mangel und werden sofort ausgetauscht wenn man das wünscht.

Cons:

Es ist nicht perfekt sauber wie man es sonst gewohnt ist jedoch darf man nicht vergessen es ist ein Hotel an einem Partystrand. Ich bin sehr heikel aber es war nicht schlimm wie es manche beschreiben
