I hate everything

Cons:

There's nothing to like in Hotel frano. The receptionist was very mean. I made two reservation, I only found one available. They give some pillowcases that were burnt. They didn't give us the tv remote control. The room was not neat. The room entry smell like dead rats. They give us a menu to choose our breakfast than they just brought us 2 slices of bread and cheese and the juice I won't even talk about it, I would prefer to drink water. And they make us go and pickup the towels and the A.C control on our own.

Is cool, just ok.
Pros:

The size of the rooms is pretty good and bed is comfortable.

Cons:

Is not to clean honestly they need to do better. In order to increase their fees and get better ratings it needs a deep cleaning honestly.
