A lovely relaxing break in great accommodation.
Pros:

Very clean and well appointed rooms. Beds were very comfortable, area was nice and quiet even for a Saturday evening.

Cons:

It is a bit of a walk from the town centre, but still accessible and there is parking nearby.

Cons:

In comparison to other hotels in Lincoln for an overnight it was lacking on various areas. No shower gel, bin in shower room, hooks on door for clothes. No lift.
Had a good stay but not sure I'll return

Recommended. A short walk to the city centre!
Pros:

Lean and tidy, good shower. Walkable into city centre and railway station.

Cons:

Could have done with being able to open the window to allow air in as the room was quite warm.

Lovely staycation
Pros:

Very clean and in a great location, owners very helpful
Lovely property would highly recommend

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property but we stayed in a heatwave and it was extremely hot so a fan in the rooms would have been a great help

I had the best sleep of my life in the room. Bed was so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave.

Pros:

It was good value and very clean. Good nights sleep in comfortable beds although a busy street in the day it was lovely and peaceful at night. We arrived early for a concert and were allowed to drop our bags in.

Cons:

The area is a 20 minute walk from the main parts of Lincoln, we arrived on a Sunday afternoon and had to walk past numerous groups of people hanging about on streets. If I had not been with my husband I’d of felt quite anxious about this.

In terms of the actual room the only downside was that we didn’t have a full loo roll on arrival and there was no spare.

Pros:

Friendly host, thoughtful provisions like tea and coffee. Great TV and comfy bed. Nice shower too.

The room was exceptionally clean. Great decoration and very stylish. Easy to use the lock box for your key.
Location perfect for the train station and lincoln castle.
