Pros:

Breakfast was basic. We had eggs cooked for us daily. Varuety of breads and cereals and hot options.

Cons:

The negative bit we found was the bed was uncomfortable. Whilst the bed and frame looked beautiful, wasnt practical. it sagged in the middle and It had a wood beam at the both edges of the mattress, made it hard to get in and out comfortabke. We complained to staff. They brought in a carpenter to fix the sagging and replaced the mattress. Still wasnt right. Other than that, staff was excellent. Really good hotel. Good for young couples. The Elderly will find this hard to get over the bed frame.

Pros:

De locatie was op zich oké, levendige omgeving ( vissers)

Cons:

Geen familie - accommodatie, maar 2 kamers boeken noodzakelijk
Vrij klein en basic ‘resort’ en apparaten in de kamer werkten niet ( kluis, föhn en tv, waterkoker)
Beperkte eet variaties, veel hetzelfde
Mooi gelegen alleen het strand voor het hotel wordt door de vissers gebruikt en is dus bezaaid met zeewier en ( aangespoeld ) afval
De prijs- kwaliteit is uit balans

Sehr freundliches Personal und die direkte Strandnähe ist super!

Cons:

Das Essen war oft nur lauwarm und die Auswahl ist teilweise ausbaufähig.

I had an awesome stay,the place is beautiful and well maintained.
Pros:

The property is situated at the beachfront makes it easy to go for walks and easy access to other activities on the beach. Clean pool quiet place to relax too.the entertainment in the evening was very special, Masai dance , karaoke.all white party.the theme dinner as well. Great staff attentive.

Beautiful hotel on Kendwa Beach with great service, but the loud nightly entertainment makes it tough for families with

Great hotel and beach, but too loud for kidsA very nice hotel on the most beautiful beach in Zanzibar. The overall stay was great. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The nightly karaoke and loud dance music in front of the restaurant was highly disturbing for our young children. Great for young people, but tough for families.

Bene (la struttura) ma non benissimo (chi la gestisce)

Struttura carina in posizione defilata (davanti ci sono le barche dei pescatori) rispetto alla spiaggia principale. E' tutto nella norma, niente di eccezionale. Mangiare decente e personale disponibile. Alla fine siamo stati bene, ma a Zanzibar c'è sicuramente di meglio. Noi abbiamo prenotato lì per il prezzo. C'era un'offerta incredibile presente sul sito della struttura, confermata anche su Booking e ne abbiamo approfittato...

Cons:

Purtroppo però, questa offerta si è scoperta essere un tentativo di truffa. Il Sig. Boniface, responsabile della struttura, poche settimane prima del nostro arrivo ha cercato di spostarci in un'altra struttura, situata in una spiaggia diversa, sostenendo di avere problemi alla tubature. La cosa è successa ad altre 3 famiglie con le quali viaggiavamo. Solo dopo aver protestato e segnalato la cosa a Booking, dopo 3 giorni magicamente le camere ci sono state nuovamente assegnate. Quindi fate molta attenzione, perchè non sono seri!

If you are looking for nice place to swim in the sea, choose another place
Pros:

Nice staff, small hotel so your room for sure will be close to the restaurant, pool and the beach

Cons:

Beach is very poor. I mean: sunbeds are nice, but you can’t swim there because there are boat everywhere. Part of them leave this „parking” in the morning, but then you swim with oil from engines - if you are lucky it’s a high tide. Otherwise you can maybe wet your ankles. Breakfast is poor

Pros:

Kleine Anlage mit familiärer Atmosphäre (ca. 30 Zi). Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Strand, der hier aber eher ein pittoresker kleiner Hafen ist. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da der kilometerlange, feine Sandstrand gleich rechts davon beginnt. Schöner Blick vom offenen Restaurant auf das Treiben bei den Booten und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge.

Cons:

Irritationen gab es hinsichtlich der gebuchten Zimmerkategorie - das gebuchte größere Delux- Zimmer zeichnet sich wohl nur durch den Platz für ein Zustellbett für Familien aus und ist ansonsten identisch, d.h. kleines, renovierungsbedürftiges Bad - und war nicht verfügbar. Da wir den Tag eh nicht auf dem Zimmer verbringen, waren wir mit dem alternativ gebotenen Upgrade auf Vollpension einverstanden. Das Essen hat im Laufe der Tage aber an Variation eingebüßt. Man hat zwar immer etwas gefunden, aber es hätte besser sein können. Alternative einige Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.

Food, the staff were over friendly and didn't all respect personal boundaries. No lock on the balcony door, no ownership of the amount of building work and banging around the property. The kettle plug didn't fit the wall socket so you couldn't use it

I did not stay here, but communication was very poor.
Pros:

I booked this hotel for four nights, but we didn't get to stay here.

Cons:

When we were on our way to Tanzania (on our stopover) I received a notification to advise me that the booking had been changed to September (we were travelling in June). I asked that the booking be amended to reflect the original dates. Communication was slow and poor. We were then advised that there had been a leak and we were going to be sent to another hotel. This new hotel was 2.5 hours away from Kendwa!! I disputed this and it took some time for the manger to reply. I even had Booking.com intervene. After some time, we were eventually given three hotel options in the Kendwa area, but none of the options were expensive as the amount I had already paid to Sansai. I asked about a partial refund and was ignored completely. I was very dissatisfied with the communication and lack of professionalism from this hotel and I would not recommend it.
