Service and location was great. Has a grand entrance.
Pros:

The main areas look very fancy and the staff were outstanding. Room service although the menu was limited it was very fast and extremely well made.

Cons:

There were a few bugs that were crawling around my room. Like shiny black apple seed size, even coming from out of the couch.
And the lights and lamps kept flickering when on the entire time.

A little luxury at an affordable price
Pros:

The whole ambience of the place. It's quiet in the rooms, the staff are friendly and helpful, the beds are so comfy, love the layout of the bathroom area, the list goes on

Cons:

We had 2 beds in our room for 3 people, the pillows were king sized, they hung over the sides of the bed and although soft and comfy, a little too soft. Also, not a lot of car parks, if you go out of an evening, you may not get a part when you come back

We had a lovely stay here for our daughters 40th and Mother’s Day.
Pros:

Awesome spot and great buffet breakfast. The staff were all amazing. The service was excellent. The lobby area and breakfast restaurant are good still posh!

Cons:

Some parts of the property is looking very tired and there are repairs needed in the rooms we stayed in. It’s time for renovations of this iconic resort.
