Great place to stay
Pros:

Arriving at the Imperial. we were met by a valet that took our luggage to our room. The parking was easy, booking in with the front desk was effortless and the room was clean, welcoming, comfortable and spectacular. It is lovely staying here, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast covered everything you would want to eat. The location was convenient too if you have a car to get around.

Cons:

We noticed that the motel was looking a little run down in spots like needing a little bit of painting and marks on walls, but this was minor. It was still a great place to stay.

Wonderful stay at a fantastic price
Pros:

Room was exceptional, service was 5 star and the rate we got for the night was unbeatable. If we could get a similar rate in the future we would definitely be returning

Pros:

Always a beautiful stay and the comfiest beds! Niti was on shift during our breakfast and made us feel welcome and welcomed the check in staff were very helpful too

Stunning hotel, the foyer and bar area are lovely ☺️ The pool was gorgeous and I loved the view over the pool from my room. The room was perfect and large.

Nice location. Restaurants and the lobby are amazing.

Cons:

The hotel is clearly old and needs a lot of restoration. The robes and towels provided were with holes, and the sink faucet cover was missing.

Mediocre and underwhelming
Pros:

I liked the pool and the bathroom.

Cons:

The staff were extremely slow not very helpful didn’t clean every day bedding wasn’t changed once over my four nights stay the pillows were way too soft. They charge extra for breakfast and extra for a “better view”. The hotel is very dated and I think it’s not kept up to its last standard
