Ok stay
Pros:

Great position, a few steps from the Gateway of India and Colaba Causeway. Good range of restaurants within walking distance.
The room was clean and comfortable. Good WiFi.

Cons:

The room did not have any views. In general, reception could have been more friendly and more helpful.

Pros:

Very comfortable room & bed.
They even set you up with a variety of pillows with different softness - a good pillow is important!

We want to add that the reception went above and beyond to help us to understand the train ticketing system.
I cannot praise the staff highly enough.

Fab location and comfortable stay in Mumbai.
Pros:

Beds are super-comfortable. Good shower. Nice breakfast, staff were really friendly and helpful. Good rooftop bar for a nice drink at the end of the day. Great view over the water.

Cons:

Could so with redecorating but it didn’t bother us.
