Provided early check-in. The hotel staff are friendly staff. And location is good and nearby to many places that we needed to visit.
Just that hotel toilet is very narrow and the toilet area could had been cleaner in the sense it looks old. But then its okay.
Big room & bed, good bathroom, great value for money, they outsourced our washing for very cheap which was amazing
AC leaked a little bit & our blind didn’t line up with the window very well
Room was nice. Completed as short vacay
Breakfast menu. I think better if we just booking without breakfast. Just ate outside.

Safety of belongings. Someone interfere my luggage. I locked my bag with my PIN. When I came back from outing, the PIN was totally changed. Luckily I managed to open it. Or Else I had to break it
The location is well at the center but not the crowded part of the city. Taxi trips to different destinations is just minutes away. The hotel has connecting rooms, easy for families like us. Bandung at its best
