Sehr Zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Wir würden bei Bedarf sicher wieder kommen. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Sehr schönes und ideal gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage und Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist top, mitten in der Altstadt (2 min zum Marktplatz). Die Größe und Ausstattung unseres Zimmers (Junior Suite) war ansprechend und sehr geschmackvoll. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war groß, die Qualität der Speisen sehr gut. Sauberkeit top.

Cons:

Leider gab es beim Check-In ein paar kleinere Probleme (Zimmerkarte nicht für den gesamten Aufenthalt programmiert, Upgrade auf Frühstück nicht ans Servicepersonal weitergeleitet, Rechnung nicht gemailt). Probleme wurden aber auf Nachfrage schnell behoben.

Great Stay, will do again!
Pros:

Well located close to most tourist amnesties and the rail system. Great Breakfast, Gym and Sauna. Modern rooms, defiantly to return. Check out is at 12:00.

Fazit: Meiden sie das Hotel bei gesundheitlichen Problemen. Ich war einmal hier - nie wieder!
Pros:

Ein Kaffee mit Croissant hätte am Morgen gereicht. Das gab es nicht. Wir mussten zweimal ein komplettes Frühstück nehmen = EUR 58.

Cons:

Hatte morgens einen Schwächeanfall und wollte vom Auschecken (10:30h) die Zeit bis zum Flughafen am späten Nachmittag im Liegen überbrücken. Frage nach einem Zimmer o. à. wurde mit kaltem Nein vom Herrn in der Reception blockiert. Ich hätte bezahlt, aber mein Zustand hat ihn nicht interessiert. So lag ich im Sessel für einige Stunden im Foyer des Hotels. Meiden sie bei kleinsten gesundheitlichen Problemen dieses Hotel!

İşletme olarak kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir hotel

Konumu, kahvaltısı, ambiyansı, odaların standartları ve sunduğu hizmet ile beklentimizin de üzerindeydi.

Cons:

Hemen her zincir otelde olduğu gibi personel-müşteri iletişimi "kurumsal" olma adına bazen "keskinleşebiliyor". Ama yoğun bir tempo olduğundan bu durum anlaşılabilir.
