Muy satisfecha con mi estancia.
Pros:

Todo el personal fue sumamente amable, desde la recepción, camaristas, meseras. Todos. Además la ubicación es inmejorable. A mi me gusta estar en el centro de las ciudades que visito para salir a caminar y disfrutar de las plazas y jardines y comprar algún suvenir típico de la región. Las habitaciones muy limpias y el personal muy amable y servicial. Mejoraron mi habitación con vista a la plaza. La fuente da mucho frescor a la plaza. Con gusto volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Cons:

El foco de la lamparita que está entre las camas no servía.

todo esta muy bien, desayuno, ubicación, instalaciones.

Cons:

no tienen acceso directo del estacionamiento al lobby, para personas con silla de ruedas. el estacionamiento se encuentra en el sótano, lo cual no debería ser problema pero no hay forma de subir en silla de ruedas, al menos que salgas del hotel e ingresar por la calle.
