Das freundliche, hilfsbereite und immer ansprechbare Personal des Hotels möchte ich hier einmal in den Fokus stellen. Sonderwünsche, hatte ich mehrmals geäußert, wurden stets umgehend und mit einem Lächeln realisiert. Das Hotel selbst liegt absolut ruhig, wenn auch etwas abseits in unmittelbarer Nähe des VW-Werkes. Zwickau ist aber in wenigen Minuten mit dem PKW zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber und ist auch mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Das Frühstück war bei mir inclusive und war, was Auswahl und Umfang betraf, absolut lobenswert. Der Aufenthalt hat meine Erwartungen voll erfüllt, warum, weil ich keine 5* erwarten kann, wenn ich nicht einmal für 3' bezahlt habe. Nicht zu vergessen, in diesen Preis waren zudem noch das Frühstücksbuffet und die Sauna enthalten.

Cons:

Dazu wurde von anderen Kommentatoren schon einiges geschrieben. Manches davon ist zutreffend, anderes völlig überzogen. Ich habe pro Nacht weit weniger bezahlt, als was ich anderswo für eine Unterkunft mit Gemeinschaftsbad oder für ein Bett im Schlafsaal hinblättern muß. Der Preis relativiert, ist maßgebend für die Erwartungen die damit einher gehen. Wer in einem perfekten und modernen Hotel übernachten möchte... zahlt dann aber auch weit mehr als das Doppelte,

Gerne wieder, super Frühstück
Pros:

Hotel war „preiswert“, war also seinen Preis wert. Übertroffen wurde alles durch ein super Frühstück mit sehr freundlichem, kompetentem Personal. Speziell für die Dame beim Frühstück (am 02.09.2026): vielen Dank! Es wurde sofort nachgefüllt, fehlte an nichts. Sie waren sehr aufmerksam und umsichtig.
Ich würde wieder buchen.
