L'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont très modernes et confortables, le personnel extrêmement serviable,. La buanderie en libre accès est vraiment pratique. Bouteille d'eau fraîche et en-cas à volonté dans les salons d'étage. Localisation agréable à proximité du Temple des Lamas, du Temple de Confucius et de Ghost Street. Une adresse géniale à Pékin !

The garden was easily our favorite part of the hotel—it was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and created a relaxing atmosphere. The overall design of the hotel, especially the lobby, was also elegant and thoughtfully designed.

The staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay. We'd especially like to thank Ann at the front desk for her exceptional service. She was incredibly helpful and made sure our request for a high-floor room was accommodated, which we really appreciated.

The bathroom was another highlight. It was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable to use.

Great place. Staff is outstanding, my alipay didnt work to pay for taxi, they paid themselves and later i reimbursed them. Very clean room. Amazing breakfast.

De locatie, midden tussen de hutong wijken, was schitterend. Het zorgde voor rust en je hebt het gevoel dat je dicht bij de locals zit.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Ssaw. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Das personal ist so hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Das Zimmer war angenehm von der Größe her. Mit schöner Aussicht auf Garten und Stadt. Das Bett war sehr bequem

I stayed at SSAW Garden Hotel Beijing.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything matched exactly what was shown on the website and in the photos—if anything, the real experience felt even better. The hotel also appears to be recently renovated or very well maintained, giving it an almost brand-new feel.

Overall, I had a very satisfying stay and would highly recommend this hotel to both local and international travelers.

We are a same-sex couple, and we were treated with full respect and kindness during our stay. There were no issues at all, and the hotel clearly respects guest privacy, which made the experience very comfortable and reassuring.

I would definitely stay here again if I return to Beijing.

Located in the Hutong so it was a nice experience, exterior looks traditional and well maintained. Lobby with extras like free local snacks and drinks like coffee whole day.
